Happy Thursday and good morning. I really hope to make it to an NSD today (8?) as I keep ruining it with odd small buys!
I’m really stiff this morning,I think I’m seizing up from lack of exercise, but it’s so hard to find time to do anything when you factor in 9 hours at a desk and making meals. I’m going to have to get some kind of routine going or I’ll turn into a big blob 😖
I hope you all have a wonderful lucky day and do everything you are hoping to do 🌸🌺Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Could you go for a walk before you start work, even a short one? Then another in your lunch break.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

I didn't think of walking as much of an exercise until the schools closed, especially during the winter when I didn't go out much. I felt like a right blob witout my two 15-20min daily walks01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

What would happen if you skipped cooking lunch one day? 😬01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

The HT is at home now until college starts. If I want to be away for lunch time I leave him a sandwich in the fridge or something like sausage rolls that he can just grab and eat with a packet of crisps.2

I like to find my kitchen still useable when I walk back through the door later @MissRikkiC. He also has very hypermobile finger joints so isn't really safe with sharp knives or lifting hot things out of the oven.
We get up about 6:30am @WinterWarrior but I'm not sure that "bounced" is a word that we've ever been able to apply to that activity. I sort of plot a course for the kitchen and the kettle whilst aware that there could be potential hazards (cat puke) and hope for the best.1 -

I always do Mr SA’s lunch. When I’m physically in the office I make it the night before and leave it in the fridge. Although he does have a brain injury as you know.
Another exercise suggestion - Get Fit with Rick on You Tube - short walking workouts that have a step counter anything from 15 minutes to an hour. Also you could take a screen break while working and do a few squats, marching on the spot, sit ups, etc.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
