My skin care is: wash with soap and water, eye cream (nothing posh either superdrug or boots) and a moisturizer for my age group, but I usually go for the cheapest and it works for me😀 my face is fine, can't say the same for the rest of me though😂

Oh and I drink mainly coffee, not very keen on water unless there's something in it, so one day I will wake up and not know myself in the mirror when it's a wrinkled old prune looking back at me😂😂£1 a day 2025: £90.00/365 Xmas fund2

Good morning and happy Monday (groan).
I have requested a couple of Fridays as flexi days as I’m 16 hours up. Hopefully they’ll go through ok.Just work today and hopefully a sensible eating day! I have started a food diary in my lovely black paper book, with a white pen. It might encourage me to keep doing it as the paper is so pretty. This weekend was a food washout 🍫🍷
Maybe it’s the caffeine that’s a good preservative nanny? I won’t stop, just in case 😁

Morning WW
A food diary sounds a good idea, I know i'm too generous with my portions
My Monday has sunshine (& i have sore eyes) and work, sigh.
I am planning to walk to waitr0se after work to collect a parcel so that'll get my steps in - it's about a 90 minute return trip

Well done on the exercise. I’ll be getting beaten up by a customer later, does that count? 🙄Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Good morning and happy Tuesday 📚☕️🍫
Rainy today.
My new skin care came and I did all the steps as instructed last night and this morning, I was disappointed I wasn’t asked to prove my age when I made my coffee this morning, but it’s early days yet 😁
Does anyone have a dehydrator? I’m pondering getting one for my bday, to make home made dog treats and apple crisps, etc. it’s a bit random, but YouTube promises me it will be fun!I hope you all have a lovely day, filled with all good things ☕️📚🧁☀️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

About ten years ago I was raw vegan for a week or two, that was the only time I contemplated a dehydrator as that was the only cooking method 'allowed'. Never got one so can't help! 😆 What kind of dog treats would you make? How many apples would you thinly slice before you'd get bored?
Have a lovely day!
