Good morning and happy Thursday ☕️📚🍫
A dress I had ordered a while ago came yesterday…it was so very, very awful on. The buttons gaped a bit and it looked rather like I was smuggling an elephant under the skirt 😖 So, back it goes and I’ll get a refund in 5-7 days after they receive it. Looking on the bright side, that’s a saving…but honestly I really need to stop eating! I’m struggling to find my mojo, but need to locate it before the fire brigade have to take a wall down to get me out 😢
Nothing planned apart from work today.

Morning and happy Thursday, the weekend is in sight....
I lost my mojo around the Platty Jubes weekend, I ate lots of cake and don't seem to have stopped.  But i have gone back to my exercise class on a Weds eve  so that will partly offset my gorging .  
I'm doing some self emp work this morning then my FT job this afternoon - I'm joining a retirement course - i can dream

Good morning and happy Friday ☕️📚🧁
I was unsupervised last night, which resulted in me buying some much needed skin care that I really wasn’t planning to buy. I was just scrolling, saw an advert, got sucked in. It did have 30% off and was £60 for 5 items (after the discount) which didn’t seem too bad. It has fabulous reviews, but I’m still wondering what I was thinking 😅 I normally get really cheap stuff these days. So anyway, I haven’t blown my spending money budget, so all is ok, and maybe I’ll look 10 years younger! It’s called WildMint cosmetics - have any of you heard of them? 

Today is just work, but I’m very glad it’s Friday!
I hope you all have a fabulous Friday…there is still no sign of the sun up here!

I haven't heard of that skin care range; you'll have to let us know what it does for you!  I use b00ts number 7, my DD says my skin looks good but she's probably biased

I’m normally pretty random with what’s on offer and don’t have a ‘regime’, just slap moisturiser on when I remember. My skin isn’t bad for my age and I put that down to never wearing foundation, so nothing heavy or draggy on my face over the years, but I do think I should try and do the whole caboodle and see if it makes a difference 😁(maybe stop scowling a bit too 😬).

I seem to have inherited my mums genes regarding skin, and hopefully my dd's have it from me, the only disadvantage is people think they are older than you all the time and it gets annoying, especially when they have the cheek of pushing Infront of you saying how old they are! I do have mainly grey hair but as it's quite fashionable that doesn't help!!!! Not complaining too much though, would rather look younger than me older!!!

A lot of it is down to genes and skin type. My oily skin was the bane of my life as a teenager but I’m reaping the benefits now. I haven’t heard of that skin care brand and I have a monthly beauty box which contains some pretty obscure brands. I’ve also been a product tester for The Beauty Bible. At the end of the day the main thing is to cleanse, moisturise and drink plenty of water, it doesn’t matter how much you spend it’s consistency that counts.
