    Brilliant weight loss,
Dr weighed me in kilos, so that's what I'm doing!!!! Haven't a clue what it is in real understandable weight to me, but I don't care as long as it goes down a bit!!!!!

Good morning and happy Tuesday ☕️🌞📚
Pay day today 😁. The money shuffle has been done and I am sitting at 25% on my targets for both pb’s and savings. Everything is paid or allocated and I have £50 per week pocket money for June. I have ordered fat balls and peanuts for the birds, which is a bit of a luxury at the price of them, but I do like watching the birds and we haven’t seen the woodpecker since his peanut supply dried up!
Other than that, nothing much to report.
I hope you all have a tremendous Tuesday filled with all good things. You are all doing fabulously ☕️📚🧁

Congrats on the weight off!  I did really well on slimming world some years back, but mostly because i don't actually like the 'beige' foods very much and I'd rather not bother than eat brown bread so I lived on meat, lots of veg and fruit.  I stuck to half of every plate should be vegetables etc, which in itself limited my portion sizes because I mostly don't like vegetables either and the cheap easy ones of peas and sweetcorn aren't 'free'.

We spend a lot on feeding the birds too, much pleasure from it.
