I’ve had a very spendy day, as pay days often are! I ordered the dog meat I’d forgotten in the main pets order and then some clothes sale bargains from the RNLI shop sale. A lovely T-shirt for £5, a hoody, a zippy top and a couple of bits for MrWW. I was pleased with the bargains..and free delivery. 

I have eaten too much food, nothing big, but too much snacks bits instead of meals…but tomorrow will be better. 

After work I strung up my Union Jack bunting in the window, a small nod to her majesty 👑

Good morning and happy Wednesday ☕️📚🧁 Last day at work this week 👑
I do hope I can persuade MrWW to do some things, instead of having him mooning over his car and tinkering in the drive for days 🤣 There is a wonderful bakery in the middle of nowhere that I would love to visit, but it involves single track roads and MrWW’s new motor is much more suited to ‘off roading’ than mine 😕, I’d rather go in his and check the suitability of visiting another time on my own! I really do not want another bust tyre bill! The bakery seems like a far north version of Betty’s , judging by social media, so I really want to go and buy all the buns (calorie counted of course 🤣).
Yesterday I had a close call with my new ear buds…I was wearing them in the bathroom, looked down at the toilet and thought ‘make sure your ear bud doesn’t fall out’, lifted my head up, my ear bud fell out, tried to catch it and splash..straight in! 😮 I fished it out (luckily freshly flushed 🤣) and thought it was a goner. They weren’t dear, but MrWW bought me them and I’d have had a lecture on looking after things, because he thinks all my accidents are avoidable and all his accidents are the world being out to get him. I shoved it in a dish of rice once I’d dried it, but that didn’t work. I was wondering how to order a new set and intercept the post to save all the fuss, but then tried recharging them…and now it works again…phew!

Happy Jubilee long weekend everyone. I’m so late as we went for a run out and (coughs shiftily) may have stopped at the bakery and got buns and pies and a fresh loaf. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so a lovely drive out and I got to pat their gorgeous Clydesdale horse that lives in the field by the car park. We drove around a few beauty spots that were rather touristy so didn’t stop, but then called at a cove where there are always seals. We had the bay to ourselves and 2 seals were sunbathing and 2 swimming 😁 Then we stopped for a late lunch at a diner and I had fish & chips…please, no one mention the diet! So not a no spend day…and here is a picture of my bakery tart..I haven’t tried it yet…
