I may have had a relapse today 🙄 I had a fishfinger and onion ring panini and chips! Oops 😅 I was good for 6 days, but I know it’s not great caving like that. Tomorrow is another day!
We are heading out to the bigger town for cat litter and a cruise around b ‘n m tomorrow 😁 What are you all up to?
One day off plan doesn't have to mean a gain @WinterWarrior but it's best not to do it the day before WI!  I made the mistake this week of having rice in 2 meals the day before WI so ended up with only half lb off instead of lb which I would have expected after a good week.  Shan't make that mistake again.  You'd think I'd know after the years Ive been following SW!

You're right one day off plan isn't the end of the world just get back on it and aim to stick at it for the full 7 days!

Good morning and happy Saturday 📚☕️🍫
The heating oil came in at just over £500 for the minimum order…nearly £200 more than last time! And what’s worse is I was relieved as I’d estimated about £600…what a crazy world we are living in just now!
I will pay it straight off on payday when it hits my card. I could wait to be billed after delivery, but much prefer to pay as I order.
I remember now why I fell out with slimming world…it’s all the can I have this, can I have that? And strange snack combo’s, like being allowed a complete fry up, but not a single slice of toast and jam. I may have to revert to calorie counting…some days I’d rather have a muffin and an apple for lunch rather than a big plate of free food for the same calories. Obviously if the money saving is working, I need to fall flat on my face somewhere else 😬 So, I’ll try my fitness pal again and see how a few weeks of that compares.
I’m looking forward to my trip out today. I shall be admiring the new to MrWW car all the way…tis compulsory!
I hope you all have a fabulous day, filled with wonderful happy things ☕️📚🧁

I think that's the thing with SW it's a complete mindset change and the thought of counting calories fills me with horror!  By the way you can have a slice of bread and jam if that's what you want - just use some of your syns or use your HEB for bread and syn the jam.

    Good morning!

That's a big increase in the oil price, how long will that last? I can't remember when you ordered las time.

Good luck with the calorie counting, it's god to find what works for you so I hope this is it! If not then I'm sure we can all come with suggestions of new things you can try 😅

Enjoy the ride today, put your admiring face on 😆

I think what groups such as SW and WW are trying to do is to get you to eat healthier food. At the end of the day it all boils down to eating fewer calories than you need to lose weight but you could use those calories on chocolate in theory. I shouldn’t have put that chocolate idea in your head should I 🤣

I admired as if it was an Olympic sport 🤣 but actually it is lovely and suits him much better than his last one. So all is well in MrWW world 😀
yes, eating healthier is definitely the aim, but when I want toast I want thick white bread and butter and jam…a bit of dry whole meal doesn’t tick those boxes, but I really admire you all for being much better at it than me.
I’m not sure if I even dare list my b n m haul, but we probably won’t go that way for a few months, so that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it! I will definitely not speak of the white smarties in tubes, the white smartie bars (half price!), the caramilk, the Cadburys white chocolate marvellous creations, or the orange wagon wheels…I will not speak of them! Nope! And I won’t mention the Seabrooks multipacks either!
Now to take the attention away from me running a-mock in the treat aisle I will distract you by telling you I have cut my fringe! After 2 years of tortuously growing it out because I read that fringes were aging, I finally realised that no fringe is not me…it doesn’t sweep delicately down, framing my face with silky curtains, instead it frizzes about unless violently straightened or curled…and every morning I wake up looking like a cross between Dougal and an ageing Cousin It…if it wasn’t for my nightclothes I expect mr MrWW wouldn’t know which way I was pointing 🙄🤣… so I am back to a rather long fringe and it is so much better for me.
@Sun_Addict can I blame you for the chocolate idea??
