She is getting more like herself but is still a bit woozy & wobbly.
Quite a shock to see her minus so much fur.

Good morning and happy Thursday ☕️☕️☕️☕️

I’m a bit late as I had a presentation I had to slog through first thing, but I survived and here I am…phew! 

I had a spend day yesterday as I ordered all the pet food for next month. MrWW presented me with £500 from his pay out, so I have borrowed some for the pet food and will pay myself back on pay day, leaving my savings in tact.
I will spend a portion of my windfall and will save some..as my savings will be a lot less next month if I need to buy heating oil. The gauge is broken so I must get MrWW to shine a torch down it and see what we have left 🤣
So, I think as pay day is next Tuesday and I won’t need to raid anything, I will do my months round up. I can’t believe how good May was and how frugal I’ve been! It just shows how stupid I was in prior months really.
The good - my savings have increased by £1150! Yes, really! My pb’s are sitting at 22.75% of my target. Next month I hope to get these to 25%. The aim for 100% will be my new car fund…meaning I don’t have to get a loan next time. Hopefully my current car will last a lot longer than that though, as I love it and find I get attached and don’t want to swap out things for the sake of it anymore. I also managed to stick to my spending money fairly well.
The bad - I have found a new hobby..audio books as well as kindle! I joined audible, which will be £7.99 per month. This isn’t necessary, but saves me from soul crushing boredom when I’m not spending anything else.
The ugly - I’m getting a bit mean 🤣 I’m finding I don’t want to part with money I could be saving (see heating oil). I need to make sure I don’t explode and have a bad month, while still enjoying life and having some nice things.

Well done with the savings you have had a brilliant month.  I love audio books but only download the free ones.  how is the healthy eating going? I seem to have a good few days and then totally blow it - but need to plod on already bought my outfit for grand daughters wedding so cant put any on and if I manage to loose a few it would look/feel much better. I opened an account at the Yorkshire BS if you pay in between 50 and 150 a month you are entered into a draw for 1500 - well someone's got to win it!! and it is encouraging me to save.  Have a good day x

Hi @Four_Seasons, I’m still plodding on with the healthy eating, but it’s slow going 😖 half a pound lost last week after a week of being good 🤨 I hope I get a bit more this week, but who knows. It will take me 12 years to lose my excess weight at this rate! How lovely to have a wedding to look forward to. What Is your outfit like?

I would take a half pound loss any week at the moment!  Like you I live in the sticks (farm) so dont have shops near sent for loads and loads from Next liked a Qu... dress but wasn't to sure of colour very pale blue and my hair (dont colour anymore) is silverish, looked on Qu... site found same dress in navy/lilac/pink mix they offered me 20% off and its lovely, chiffon layers, elasticated under bust so quite forgiving but a few pounds off would make me feel better - I hate having photos taken. My family are all greyhound breed, can eat anything and not gain weight, I only have to gaze longingly at food and I gain x
