Morning WW! 🌅 Happy Friday!

My pay day is next Friday but I can't say I'm excited. I'm really not excited about anything at the moment. 😒 I'm only working 3 days next week, hopefully I'll manage to get some excitement then.

I hope it was just wind and nobody has to go near cleaning anything 🤞

@jokono I know what you mean, it’s hard to get excited when it’s mostly bills and being sensible. I’d like to go back for a day to my late teens when pay day meant a new outfit, going out on the town and having 3 hours sleep before rolling into work the next morning 🤣

Happy Friday everyone
It is my (FT job) payday today - yay!!  I made it with £3 left in the bank but today I also got my council tax payment for living in a Band C house - I've sent that straight to the mortgage OP fund. 
Grateful my cats go outdoors - I do have to pick up cats poo from the garden but that's preferable to a litter tray!

Good morning and happy Saturday 🌞☕️📚
I need to weigh today, but haven’t yet! 

Later will be lunch out, my one cheat meal for the week 😬
Will also pop into Lidl, but other than that I have no plans. I have £80 to last until a week on Tuesday. If I make that stretch it will have been my best savings month ever! Next month won’t be good as I really need to order the heating oil before it gets to fumes 🤣 I have a nasty feeling that might be 6 or 7 hundred for an order that used to cost 2 or 3 hundred 😢

Well a week of no chocolate or crisps and limited fats has seen me lose half a pound! Half!! 🙄
it feels so worthwhile 🤣

The lunch was lovely and dog enjoyed the leftover beef from my baguette. I always go through a bag check when I come back from eating out to see what I brought back for her 😁

WW just keep going, it will come off eventually.  I got to target losing half pound at a time!  I went out of target end of last year and needed to lose 9lb to get back into target following 2 weeks all inclusive holiday, 2 weeks in France in the motorhome, Christmas and New Year!  Quite surprised it wasn't more.  But it's taken me until a couple of weeks ago just to get back to top end of target range.  I'm still 2.5lb away from my actual target weight.  Was really hoping to get back there before my holiday but that isn't going to happen as I only have one more WI before that!

When you have a cheat meal you're actually slowing your losses down and quite like to maintain or just lose half which is what you've done.  Can you make your cheat meal a bit lower syn for example?  What do you usually have and there is usually something similar you could have which would reduce the syns a bit and make it that bit much more likely that you'd lose a bit more.
