Good morning and happy Monday ☕️📚🌞
I doubt I’ll get my steps up to 7k today as I have pesky work. I’m at that diet stage of waking up thinking of food 😧, which is not good when I probably have a good 4 or more months to get where I need to be 🙄
Yesterday Monzo pinged up a message telling me I was spending a lot less than last month…smug face 😇
Today should be nsd11 all being well.

Make sure you drink lots of water to keep the food thoughts away. I also like to drink a miso soup when I'm fasting, to keep the hunger away, it's incredibly effective. Sainsbobs sells 5 sachets for the same price but I know your shop is delivered by MrT

Ah, what a wonderful doggy picture.
I love cats because they are quite independent and I love dogs because they are so faithful. At one stage of my life quite a few years ago I had 2 dogs, 3 cats and 3 kids to bring up on my own and loved every single one of them

Nannygladys you're a legend, I can barely manage one child, myself and a few plants 😂

The most I had was 8 cats and 1 dog. The cats didn’t feel like 8, they were never all in the same place so I didn’t have a cat sanctuary vibe going on (although some were rescues). The only thing that stops me getting more is the expense.  The kids would have tipped me over nanny 🤣
