Good morning and happy Friday 📚☕️☕️ It’s been a long week!
My aim today is to squeeze in some movement as well as work. It’s quite hard when you are chained to a desk. I have a whole list of jobs I’ve written down which will get me moving at the same time as achieving something. I will try to tackle some today and some tomorrow. Everything from scrubbing the utility room to cleaning the tops of the bedroom drawers..and everything in between. Maybe I can get thinner and tidier all in one go 😬
I finished the Shadowseer book, which was a very quick and easy read. I may buy the next one, but I’ll read a few I already have first. I have hundreds of free ones to plough through. I am on a Terry P 99p one I already had in (Equal Rites). I actually have most Terry P’s in real books, but haven’t read them for donkeys years and kindle is so much easier to carry around.
I have natural Greek yoghurt (no added sugar, but not sure if it’s fat free as made in the easiyo) and defrosted frozen mixed berries for breakfast. The berries were a large pack of MrT wonky berries, but no idea why they are wonky, the just look like berries! Cheaper than perfect or fresh berries though, so I’m not complaining. 2 stones to go….when will this misery ever end (she rages and sobs as she steps onto day 3 🤣).
I hope you all have a fabulous Friday filled with happiness 📚☕️🌞Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

You must be allowed screen breaks. If you were in a physical office you'd get up and move around, go to speak to someone, get a drink, etc. Can you weave some treats into your plan so it's not too restrictive, I know SW do choc bars like WW do, I'd never be without my WW Belgian praline choc bars with a coffee mid-morning. I always buy the wonky berries to go in yoghurt or gin 😉 they are so much cheaper than fresh and so convenient.
Enjoy your day.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -
Good morning! 🌞
You have a busy couple of days planned, good luck! I agree, you should take a little break every hour - I don't always do either, sometimes my fitness band tells me off for getting to 50 past the hour with 0 steps.
Full fat yogurt is good!

I can have breaks, but don’t always get up as it disturbs the dog on my feet 😁 I always stop for a coffee mid morning, but the afternoons sometimes get away with me.
@Sun_Addict the sw hi fi bars are tiny and quite expensive and can only be ordered from them, so I have some skinny whips and have also ordered Alpen light bars. They are both very light in calories/points so I am saving them to have one as a treat after tea.

I find it so easy to just be sat at the desk and suddenly several hours have passed! I try and drink lots of water so I keep needing to get up for a wee. Good hydration and some exercise too
I eat full fat plain greek yoghurt too, it's so much nicer than FF."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -

Good morning and happy Saturday…at last. What a long week that was.
@Sun_Addict I tried a flavoured one, but not natural. I’ll have to try that.
I am unsupervised today! I may go to L*dl for sw bits. MrT comes tomorrow, but I have nothing nice to eat today, not even an egg! I’m still feeling fat and determined…long may it last or I’ll be snuffling in the crisp cupboard and no good can come of that! SW friendly food has to be cheaper than next size up clothes 😬, although it doesn’t help with todays spending.I hope you all have a stupendous Saturday, do come and tell me what you get up to 😁☕️📚Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Morning WW
I've been in the office 3 times this week so haven't fully caught up on diaries. Good luck with SW.
I am off to the library today and might go for a bike ride. I also have work to do for my PT jobs
I am enjoying a lie in first though!
