@CRANKY40 I agree, it does seem that struggling with self control hits all areas 😖 I weighed this morning, the scales squeaked (rude!) and I have reached another personal best 😢
Isn't ‘the big house’ another name for a prison? 🤣
Funnily enough, I do have some sunflower seeds growing in pots on my windowsills. MrWW took some into witness protection (the cats were chewing them) and insists they are his now 🤨 His are doing better than mine 😞 They all have labels and names 😁

What a lovely coincidence Cranky mentioned sunflowers and you actually have them and they are also labelled! ☺

I haven't slept very well either. Boy2 called for me at about 2am, then Dog started barking an hour later. I went downstairs knowing what I was going to find, he doesn't bark otherwise - Cat has brought in its prey

There is a Slimming World thread over on the Health and Beauty board.  I think there is also a WW one as well but not certain how active that one is now as haven't looked for a long time as I follow SW and that is an active board.

I’m still arguing that they are all mine 🤣 plus they have different coloured pots..
I did pop an apple pip in one and it’s ‘hatching’ too 😬

I got to goal with WW 21 years ago after trying and failing to go it alone for many years. I only wanted to lose half a stone but ended up losing 16lbs. Managed to keep it off ever since (more or less) by completely changing the way I eat for good. The thing that spurred me on was the accountability and I wanted to be a gold member and not pay as soon as possible. Took me 12 weeks. Good luck, hope it works for you.

@Sun_Addict this is where I fail…I go back to normal eating gradually, until I’m back to all the old easy choices. I need to do it for life as you did…otherwise it just creeps back 😖 it will be a while before I get the 2 stone off though, I’ve always been a slow loser and it’s been 10 times worse since I passed 50 😣😡 sigh!
