I love popcorn but I think I’d feel ripped off if it’s in a KitKat as it’s ‘too big’ and I’d be muttering about the qty of choc I’d be missing !

I remember getting the hot butter poured over popcorn at the cinema - the health police wouldn’t allow it now
Ooh, hot butter sounds amazing! Even the sweet popcorn seems less sweet these days 😞 I’d rather regulate my own sugar and fat intake (or not, as I see fit 😬).
@Deni_debt-free_dreamer, you’re still putting me to shame…so much tidying!
@m@moving_forward what is your chunky of choice?
We had a nice drive…dog sniffed the sniffs with her window down, while I had the heating cranked up. Lots of camper vans on the roads…so many camper vans. I don’t blame them for coming, you just have to get used to being stuck doing 40 in a 60 quite often during camper van season while they look at the sea and forget there’s a sad local or two trapped behind 🤣The thing missing from our roads is lay-by’s where you can stop and admire the view..the odd lay-by there is, is generally where you can’t see the sea or take a nice photo of a view. I would stop and take photographs myself if there were places you could.
I may have another look at the half square triangle quilt top from hell later…

We were commenting about the poor locals around Chessington, the roads were packed when we left for the hotel. It was 6pm so maybe there were lots of commuters as well? And when I say "poor" I onlyean it figuratively, Mr JKN had a look at houses around Oxshott and the cheapest one he found was £5m 🤯

Did you get to sew? I am just putting the buttons on a dress I finished a bit earlier, need to take pictures before it starts raining!

@jokono those house owners wouldn’t even speak to the likes of me 🤣 I’m probably living in the price of their garage (if it’s a s*** garage) 😬
I haven’t yet…it’s so hard to line up that I keep putting it off…but I don’t want to start something new until it’s done. You are so clever making a dress.

I also enjoy a giant bag of sweet and salty popcorn….or butterkist 😋
I just took dog for a walk down the garden and we scared a duck and a pheasant 🤣 The plum trees are full of blossom, but the apple tree (that doesn’t fruit) is only just starting to bud.

Our apple is full of blossom. Pear the blossoms already gone over and the cherry is just going over.
We also have a malus (crab apple) that is absolutely stunning at the min.

You're welcome.  I've finished the one i borrowed from the library but i haven't read them in order - wish i had!
I like sweet and salty popcorn.

@WinterWarrior - my bedroom was a disgrace!  I had tubs of work stuff for my PT jobs/self employment; stuff for a car boot (if i can ever be bothered); books on every surface; clothes on the floor and on the front of my wardrobes (to sell , if i can ever be....)
It wasn't a relaxing place at all - but it is now!

@Deni_debt-free_dreamer we have a severe lack of storage and a huge memory foam dog bed takes up most of the free floor space…I have clothes on top of drawers as they won’t fit in, so am definitely in need of a good clear out 😖
