It's a very lush one WW as I used some G&B extra dark chocolate in it along with some cream I had in the freezer. Bero cookbook. I do alot of my baking from there these days. The gingerbread is lovely as is the lemon drizzle. Cheese scones and quiche recipes to name a few favesDedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

Yes I put it in big ice cube trays and freeze then it's ready to add to things like curry cake or stroganoff.
It kind of splits so wouldn't try it uncooked iykwim.Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

You can also freeze wine. We don't often have leftover wine but it has happened on extremely rare occasions 😂Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

Cold wet and windy down here in Kent today. Decorating the kitchen, first of a whole house repaint, it looks a bit tired. Out tonight to a talk about Victorian holiday makers in the area.
