Mine are recent things, maybe 8 months? I’ve not won anything, nor am I likely to…but they are harder to raid so good for me as I’m dreadful at pulling back savings 😖 I had high hopes for saving loads, but sadly it’s not something I’m good at 😢

I don’t have PB’s either. I used to have quite a few but never won anything so cashed them in and put them in an ISA. The interest wasn’t great but better then the nothing I was getting before. I’m just not lucky at winning things.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

A sparky AND enchiladas @CRANKY40!
I've only had my PB a month or so but intend to keep them this time as they are our emergency fund. I am considering a stocks and shares isa for when they topped up but need to do more research.Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

Good morning and happy Tuesday ☕️📚🍫
Nothing exciting to report today. Just work and trying not to spend. I need to get a grip for February.
I’m not expecting to win on the pb’s either, but it would be nice if I did! I’m not sure what it is about isa’s that scare me, maybe it’s the lock in?
Ihopeyou all have a fabulous Tuesday filled with the best of snacks and the easiest work 🍫☕️📚Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Happy February 😄
My ISA isn't locked in but it's with a building society not my bank so makes it harder to get at (psychologically anyway) . I also have a regular monthly saver with my bank and put £250 a month away. It's locked away for 12 months but the interest rate is better than the ISA.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
Morning
It's not Tuesday here but cheese-day !! To celebrate i ordered some artisan cheese from the doorstep milk delivery and had to order 2 lots to get over the £5 spend thresholdI will have it with my bargaineous cheese biscuits that i got on sale early in the year .
Work first though
It will be a spendy day for me as i need to go to the SM for tea bags and the zero waste shop for essentials like olive oil and mixed nutsLBM - October 2018; finally debt free on 16 March 2021

SA locking money away frightens the pants off me 😬 Maybe I’ll get to a point where there’s enough so I can lock some and still be covered for emergencies, but that’s not yet 😖
Deni…happy cheeseday 😁 oooh toasties, cheese on toast, cheese and crackers, cheese, salad, Mayo and pickle sandwiches….mmmm 😋Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
