I’m sweet first, but cheese and crisps and chips are up there for me. Today I am planning a baked apple for lunch with a spoon of ice cream, because a) I’ve never made one before, b) fruit and raisins..2 of my 5 a day 😁 c) I am unsupervised 🤣🤣🤣

You can share, but it’s not the best….lessons have been learnt! I was on a call and it stayed in the oven long enough for some of the raisins to turn to stone and the peel to go a tad rubbery ☹️ But it was ok with ice cream and some salt n vinegar squares for afters…a perfectly balanced meal!

I have set up a payment to ns&i as a test to see how long it takes to show and how long the email takes. If it’s ages then I will continue to log on and use my debit card each month, but if it’s quick and painless then I can just send it from my bank on payday. I have taken the pb’s off my signature as it was getting a bit cumbersome, but I will still update on my targets. I think in maybe a year and a half I could get to my target. This will be my car fund as I am determined to never take another loan out. I am learning to cut my cloth…which is hard! I think as long as I leave enough spare for chocolates and treats each month I’ll be ok, if I didn’t have them I would cry 😭
Deni you’ve obviously slowed down after your month off, you need more training.
