Naomim said:@elbree have you thought about knitting for prem babies at your local hospital? Both mine were prem and in scbu. Babies lose a lot of heat and most parents aren't expecting these tiny ones.
I love the sound of everyone's arts and crafts projects. As a kid I was either reading, drawing or making stuff. Now I don't do anything. It drives me mad when 12yo tells me she's bored within 10minutes of waking up.
Still thinking of the reading journal so may have a look at that now.
What exactly is a bullet journal?
I've been inspired to start writing down what I'm reading in my usual diary, I'm also going to record my daily steps in an effort to inspire me to do more exercise!1 -
@elbree bullet journals are so much fun. You start with an empty book and add pages for whatever you want. Part diary, part scrapbook, part stencilled, coloured in, stickered, drawings, photos, whatever you fancy! There are some lovely example on Pinterest and how to’s on you tube. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Good morning and happy Monday ☕️☕️☕️☕️🍫🍫🍫📚
I don’t have to get up for an hour, but MrWW is in work work this week, rather than WFH, so is clattering about. I got some work done on the quilt yesterday, but will need to unpick 2 rows as I can see 2 of the same pictures are a bit too close together. That won’t be until next weekend though as I never have time after work.I have ordered one of the presents, so today won’t be an NSD. £23.99 for a red rose tree for my mum, to mark the first anniversary of my dads death. Hopefully it will add a small spark of happiness on a horrible day. I still have one more present to buy and 5 expected payments for January.Work will be busy today, but I hope to survive!
I hope you all have a marvellous Monday filled with sunshine and happiness 🍫📚☕️⭐️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Scottiedog_3 - the canopy runs over the front door and bow window all in one, I've had it mended a couple of times but it's just started to leak again under the window into the front room, it's only a couple of spots at the moment but will need replacement this time I think.

WinterWarrior - that's so thoughtful, makes me quite tearful really, when my mom died us children all had some geranium cuttings that she grown and they were her favourite flower, unfortunately there not my favourite as I really dislike their smell!!!
