I learnt to finger spell my name, but I have no one to tell me if I’m doing it right 🤣 
I guess you have to sign along with your talking every day to keep up to it. It’s such a useful thing to have, but I expect it’s rare to need it.
I went on the exercise bike tonight. Just a beginners programme, 4 kilometres...I nearly died! And I burnt enough calories for 1 peanut or a mouse cracker ☹️

Happy Friday everyone. Friday at last..woohoo. I am going for NSD10 today.
im going to get on the exercise bike again after work and will attempt this daily. 

Thanks to Cranky I remembered to log my food on MFP yesterday and had 50 cals left at the end of the day. I need to keep on with this, I did lose half a stone a month ago, but am in danger of putting it back and I really need at least another stone gone, truthfully a stone and a half (sob). Why is everything nice so bad 😢

Happy Friday to you too. I'm just working on my shopping list. Today's plan is to make myself a home made salad bar with everything in the fridge in tubs so I can just add a spoonfull or some slices of everything to my meals. Sweetcorn, beetroot, red onions, cucumber, tomatoes and maybe some pineapple too? I can get on our exercise bike but at 5 ft tall with a dodgy knee I struggle to get off it at the end. I don't fancy being a news article "Fat woman marooned on exercise bike" 😂

I wobbled getting off mine, my muscles have clearly forgotten how to muscle.
I like grated carrot in a salad as it’s nice and sweet. It’s a great idea as the effort to make a salad often puts me off.

We all start somewhere, there will be someone reading your post thinking they wish they had only 5! It’s not easy is it...I love all the bad things like chocolate and chips and crisps 😞

Just delurking to say my GGS has been signing since he was 7/8 months old and still uses it if he can't get his mum to understand what he is trying to say to her. He is 2yo and his little sister is now starting to sign as well. She is 8 months and they start by learning to sign for milk and then go on from there.

My 11yo learnt Makaton signing from Mr Tumble on the tv. Was a Godsend when she was a baby &  toddler.  She lost it all when she started school.

@Sayschezza it’s amazing they picked it up so young!
@Naomim what a shame it’s so easy to lose without constant use ☹️ 

Perhaps I should watch Mr Tumble?
