Oh that’s a new low @Sun_Addict, I’m with @Naomim. At least you expect them on the ceiling…or running across your living room floor, chased by a cat roughly the same size 😬Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Ooh spiders, how apt for Halloween! I have been very busy pottering, sorting out paperwork, i think it’s change in the clocks make me want to tidy and sort.
our old yellow Labrador used to get very confused and look at the clock and back at us.....

I love the theme weeks too. Rose looked amazing tonight, she’s such a joyful person. I’m naturally miserable, but she always makes me smile 😁Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Do you think we’re starting to see potential winners emerging now? I’m thinking Rose, AJ, Tilly? I think my favourite is AJ at the moment.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

I've given up on Strictly. I usually record it and only watch the dance and scores. Too much chat and Tess Daley is far too earnest for my liking. I did see Rose's dance though. Well what a day ☹️ Late last night our old cat had some kind of stroke passed away on the bed between us. So very sad 😢 he was only 13, but had issues with his liver, so we knew he wouldn’t get to be a very old man. We shall miss him so much.
MrWW went to dig a grave first thing, where our other old cats are under a big fir tree, and I got in the shower. The shower was the last straw and burst something in the old boiler, flooding the garage. Now we have no water and can’t find any isolation tap that works and the emergency plumbers aren’t calling back.
I do hope this isn’t going to come in three’s 😖Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

hi WW, so sorry to hear that your cat has passed away. Hope it is a comfort that he was cosy in bed with the two of you.
Oh no about the shower too. Hope nothing else goes wrong

Oh no I’m so sorry to hear your sad news. At least he was with you and it was quick but no consolation I know. What a pain with the shower too, I hope you can get someone out to fix the water situation. Sending massive hugs and positive vibes xI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Hope the water is sorted soon as well x"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
