Popping by to say hi as I've been offline for a bit.

I loved the Sharpe tv series, I have a bit of a thing for Sean Bean. I've not read the books so I think I might download them. I also watched The Last Kingdom too so might get those also!

I'm still home working and also "love" my daily 9.30am team meeting.  Going into the office for the first time next Friday to clear out my desk as we're moving offices. I'm sure I left a packet of jaffa cakes in there back in March 2020 😬

I have a proper love for the actor who played Uhtred in the series. Historically the kit made me wince but he more than made up for it.

Mmm he is very easy on the eyes 😍 
I did read a piece on why the costumes were wrong, but as long as Uhtred looked smoking I could forgive all that 😬

I know it went from BBC to Netflix.  I went straight from that to six series of Vikings on Prime so forgot how The Last Kingdom ended. Uhtred was very lush 🥰.

I'm good, had two weeks off work and a trip to Alton Towers so just not been on much.

I can report with great disgust and shock that I didn’t win the lottery last night either 😳
Lunch out today, which will be a lovely treat…and I think I may have to get to grips with some housework 😢😭

That’s shocking you didn’t win again 😡 I’ve been doing the lottery since it began and have hardly won a thing, 3 numbers occasionally, 4 numbers a couple of times, that’s it. I used to have better luck on the Irish lottery we used to do at my old workplace, I won £420 once, I was so excited I rang almost everyone I knew to tell them 🤣

I hope your work day goes quickly cranky.
I have put make up on in preparation for going out for lunch. I wear it so rarely that even putting the tiniest bit on makes me feel like a cross between a clown and a drag queen… 🤡  😳
