VCS County Court Claim HELP
Comments
-
Hi, further information about the claim:
I'm doing this on behalf of my mother who was parked in my allocated bay at my flat.
I believe this is 2 fines/charges, but obviously they have only issued 1 county court claim.
My mother appealed this, sending proof of my permit for the allocated bay belonging to the property. VCS wouldn't accept, as it was in black & white. She then sent a colour copy which was rejected !
It was then a bararge of threathing letters/final demands e.t.c.
1, County court summons received.
2, AOS filed
3, Defence filed
4, DQ filed
The last letter is the one one above mentioned advising ELMS are no longer represnting them, and another demand for £175.
Waiting on a court date now ?
Thanks.1 -

Hi, would it be worth using the attached in court - VCS parked in My parking slot in a regular basis ? Thanks.2
-
Yes! You can use those as exhibits but add the date at the bottom, using the phone/camera metadata.
I think it diminishes their purported professionalism and legitimate interest, for your Mum to show that she had your authority and full permission to use your allocated space but VCS have never had that permission but just dump their van there when ticketing residents.
Can you show us what point #2 and #3 of your Mum's defence said, assuming the rest was the forum defence template?
