Well done for ringfencing time and energy to do something for yourself! I am trying hard to do the same at the moment. Now I am back working full time and caring full time and nursing a slow-healing injury I have had every reason not to, but I know a bit of exercise and fresh air is the single most important thing I could be doing to stay healthy mentally and physically. I'll be cheering you on! x2

Thanks SH and Starlight, I walked with someone for work yesterday and went out for a walk today too between sessions, having a break but back soon, got three long days coming up that are not going to be walk friendly.
Staying put would be best for my finances but I feel health and balance must have priority.Mortgage OP 2026 £860/2000Mortgage balance: £31,763
