What are problems if debt recovery DO have driver's name and scan of license?

Hi there,
I apologise if this has been dealt with elsewhere on the site, I can't find it.
I am dealing with an ongoing parking fine in which driver is pictured beside parked car. The case was appealed, providing a scan of drivers license to show they were in photo and thereby the car was not 'unattended' (one of the charges).
I subsequently sought advice on this site and realised that it is always recommended to not engage in appeals and especially to not name the driver (let alone providing excessive info).
I am still receiving and ignoring debt collection letters, currently from ZZPS.
Could you please advise if the driver being named and info provided means that I need to worry more about how this case will proceed? Does it make legal action more likely?
Happy to provide any further info that would help give more accurate help.
Thanks in advance.

The naming of the driver is only an issue if the PCN was non-POFA compliant and the driver was going to rely on no keeper liability. Is this the case with you?4
-
I don't think that is the case for me then.
I am both keeper and driver and as far as I know the PCN was POFA compliant.1 -

However, that is all water under the bridge now that you have given the parking company the identity of the driver.
Who is the parking company?
Where did this parking event take place?5 -
I appreciate the help.
The parking company are CPM (who have since passed the case to debt recovery plus and now ZZPS).
The event took place in a private car park in Deptford. The car was outside a friend's residence, however it was not in a marked bay.

Or perhaps Central Parking Management Ltd?
Or perhaps Countrywide Parking Management Ltd?
Or something else?3 -

Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Do you have access to the lease/AST of the person being visited so you can see what the parking requirements are/were for visitors? What it doesn't say is equally imporrtant.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4

No, not yet.
I have only just started reading around this forum.
Although the event dates back to Dec 2019, I suppose it is still worth doing.0 -

And you will still continue to ignore ZZPS, they are simple circus clowns and jokers.

What do mean "one of the charges" ? for what ?
Remember, these companies are known scammers so it was a bad idea to give such details they are not entitled to. Your licence shows your age and address ???
UK Car Park Management are also well known scammers. Naming a driver is never good but not fatal as there are signs to take into consideration, contact with the landlwner / agent and best of all, they will use a very dodgy incompetent solicitor who adds fake amount ?
