Welcome back Fayolle and lots of hugs to you and your family.
not much variety achieved here:
- did Zoom teaching session and managed to write it up in the same day
- went for a run, my longest so far this year and fastest (by 5 seconds) on that particular route
- did washing up etc
- watered plants and arrangements
- drum practice
- wrote a bit of a report
- checked Mr T site and discovered I don't have a c&c booked for tomorrow as I'd thought. Oh well, not much needed as I went to Mr Al on Wednesday.
- had a chat with my Mum
Told you I didn't have much variety!Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.11 -
So lovely to see you Fayolle. You've been in my thoughts. Sending you all the love and strength xxx
I've been a bit quiet this week, my mission has been frugality (achieved), dealing with lots of life admin (also achieved) and kids sports camp. The children are exhausted, and I haven't told them we have more hens arriving today 😌😌 I have built a make shift hen house using a huge rabbit hutch (given away on FB) and some runs that my farmer friend doesn't need anymore. I hope they settle well with us. We've started selling eggs to cover our costs and are awaiting some ex battery ladies as well.Flying? Hmm well the WM is on for the first time this week, and I've gotten some mince out to defrost for dinner. Take care all xx10 -
Morning all. Hugs to anyone who needs them especially Fayolle. Anyone can have my spoons today as I don't need them. Going to have a relaxing do nothing Saturday with DH. The dogs are away for the weekend.
I aim to just sew up a pair of trousers, pot on some plants in the greenhouse, read and knit.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.11 -

Waves to Fayolle xx
Well, I'm upIt's a start! After a very busy 4 days at work I too am inclined to give my spoons away and flump today. I've made my bed, ordered my repeat prescription, chosen my ITV7, and supped my first brew. Oh, and I brought down the laundry hamper - that's a very good start.
Love to all

Fayolle I often think about you, DD and your family. At least she is home, that's good news, and I am keeping everything crossed for you all. Its amazing what you can do when you have to, I hope you can take some strength from us all throwing our Flylady support net around you. One day at a time.
So DS1 called last night with his washing and stayed over, he needs some space he said, he is tired and his back is playing up. I try to enjoy spending time with him instead of examining his face for signs of tiredness and trying to work out whether he has lost weight.
So, WM and DW going, DH is off to work for a bit, I need to get outside but need to be careful not to overdo it. I might go for a walk. Need food shopping at some point too, think DS1 is coming back here after work.
I have spoons to share too Round, not doing too much will be the plan for this weekend.10 -

Thank you for the welcome back. It honestly means a lot x
I keep losing my second cuppa, as I put it down, get called for something, then forget where I left the mug....
Today’s achievements - showered and dressed (beat you, Round 😘!), clean washing folded.
Today’s to be achieved - clean downstairs toilet. It is a horrible space, desperately in need of ripping out(yes, been on THAT list for about 15 years now), but now it is DD’s substitute bathroom, so it needs a good clean.9 -
I'm dressed
Sorted the washing and first load has just finished swishing. I've fed the birds and put out the rubbish and recycling.
I'll drape the washing on radiators and the airer and set the second load swishing.
