The amount not including £25 court costs and £50 solicitor fee
IE: the parking ticket was £100 and a fake add-on inflating the claim
And Elms signed a statement of truth on behalf of VCS stating the £175
Think about it ?

Hello,it seems this case has kind of come to a standstill, after filling out the questionnaire form and also receiving a letter from VCS that they have now dropped their legal representative, I got a letter from the CCBC saying the case has now be transferred to my preferred local court, that was it since then.…

It's only a few weeks and the courts are really busy but you can ring your local court and ask.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
