Hi I'm sadly back with the same 10 lb from last month - I think, I havn't been able to WI this week as the scales were in my son's room, and I didn't want to wake him up. So thats my target for now, I will reset next week, once the holiday weekend is done with. I am aiming to get to a mid range BMI by the end of this quarter. Good morning all. I weighed in this morning and haven't lost anything snce last week so this can be my day 1. I'm going to be sorting out the wilderness formerly known as the back garden this weekend so hopefully that will keep my hands so busy that there won't be tme to eat junk and by the time that I come back indoors I'll be too tired 😄

Did get my 5-a-day and spent more than my minimum target time walking outside.

Is it ok if I haul my ever increasing a**e back in for another go please? I completely lost the plot and heaviest ever, so I really need all the support and advice possible.I am trying for 14 pounds this quarter.
Today.. Roast beef butty and and raw turnip/swede. Later on I shall have Egg, beans and miserable chips, and fruit or vegetables if I get hungry.
