Stoke Abbot Road - OPS - Gladstones

A well-known entrapment zone according to other victims. Hidden cameras and signs. I've never seen OPS go all the way to a hearing about that place.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The google camera car has been through on several occasions which means you can look at the signs on streetview for dates either side of the alleged event to see what they said at the time of the alleged event.
Currently the entrance sign is at ankle height, and the sign next to the PDT machine does not have the wording the contract says it must display, but you need to check the wording to see what it said when your car was there.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Yes, there is a lot to go through! One of my additional points back to them was in relation to the signs changing direction, they're facing perpendicular to the road either side of when I parked there (different dates on google maps) but on the date I was there they are facing away from where I was parked! They mentioned that their signs are audited so I asked them which way the signs were facing when they were audited. I suspect they will have nothing.
Honestly, the issuing of a ticket was a joke, there were so many issues I could barely take it seriously, but I'm glad I did!
Also, where does it stand in relation to continually raising letters before action for the same thing. How many times can they raise the same issue then I respond, they decide not to pursue it because they've messed up and then raise another letter before action for the same issue? Surely that's harrasment, especially for a claim with no merit?{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}0 -
Also, I wonder if they have an extra incentive since I did initially write a letter to one of the OPS directors ripping into him for all of the various dodgy things he's been up to, delivering it myself and handing it to him personally. I made it quite clear I was willing to go all the way lol

You can certainly go down the put up or shut up route; certainly repeatedly sending LBCs is harassment and you can state you will counter claim
you cannot counterclaim for costs3 -
Still no reply yet from Gladstones... The property company that has the contract with OPS have said they've written to OPS for their side of the story but they don't sound interested anyway... I know now that this company don't own the land themselves, but are directly linked with another holding company that does. It still stands that the contract may not flow down. But now I'm wondering, should I stop playing the nice guy and simply say to this property company that if they don't get it cancelled or put to me in writing that they want it cancelled, I'll slate them everywhere and make it clear they're behind these OPC entrapment zones. I don't really have anything to lose do I? I can even name the people I'm dealing with.Obviously I don't want to do this, but they're being evasive quite frankly.
Not sure where I stand legally though if I do start kicking off...{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}0 -
Why not then? If it cant come back and bite you, do it.,
You owe them nothing. They got in bed, knowingly or through stupidity, with a parasite. Not your fault.3 -

So the property company have come back with a slightly odd response....
"One Parking Solutions are appointed by our client, not by ____.
Whilst our client is sorry that you are in dispute with OPS it regrets that it is unable to make judgement on your dispute with them."
The contract is clearly between OPS and them (not their client), although it appears that the contract has been signed by their client and not by someone that works for them, unless of course their client also works for them as well (which is surely not possible due to their statement above).
I also know who their client is and about his direct links to them, I'm thinking I will just go back and tell them I'm dragging him and his companies into it as well?.... They clearly don't realize I know.
