Hi - did this ever come to anything? We are in a very similar situation with NPE, with an identical Letter Before Action. Did you leave it or did you send an SAR?

Nothing further came through.  I had already sent an SAR in April 2021.  I ignored the latest letter from January 2023 and haven't heard anything since.  Hopefully that remains the case!

HELLO CAN I ASK DID YOU EVER GET ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THE NPE LETTER BEFORE ACTION? BECAUSE I HAVE RECEAVED EXACTLY THE SAME LETTER AS YOU AND VERY INTERESTED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT

No, nothing further yet. I just keep everything in a file ready to add to / remind myself / deal with if they ever actually come back to try real court proceedings.
