Morning all, sorry I'm late to the party again.*Painless vibes* to everyone visiting dentists.(((Hugs))) Dancemum.Busy. Moved a lot of plant pots yesterday and I need to sort them out where they now are before moving them to somewhere else, all ear-marked. I also need to move another load of pots from the back garden next door to our yard and then decide what to do with them. They're mostly herbs so I want to keep them close to the kitchen but I'm running out of space. Then the third lot needs to come into the yard because that's all the purple sprouting broccoli and it's all as dry as a bone where it is ,so a couple of smaller ones have gone to flower before I realised what was happening. Ideally I'd like to get that all done before it rains again, too, but that requires more time than I've got and more help than is available at the moment.I also need to work on our house and contents insurance. The broker has sent a list of questions that quite simply aren't answerable - how do I know whether the locks that are on the front door, in place from before I bought the house 27 years ago comply with the 'Minimum Security Requirement', which apparently means British Standared 3621? *puzzled* My cunning plan is to photograph our mixed bag of security arrangements and let them decide whatever it is they think. If they pitch the premium realistically they can't argue if we ever have to claim. I rather hope not, and so far what we've got in place has worked, unlike the previous slack owner who was burgled three times, all through the previously unsecure back alley. It is no longer accessible to anyone, much to one neighbour's endless rage. The kitchen floor needs a good wash but I fear that may have to wait until tomorrow.I will eventually get round to decluttering the files on the laptop but other priorities have taken over. It's an endless round of doing the most urgent thing first, regardless of what I'd like to do.Better is good enough.8

Good morning!
I'm sorry I have been AWOL, but I have caught up on the thread. Thanks Natty for the lists, and Valli for last week. They are appreciated, even if they are not followed!
I spent a few hours at the allotment on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, so a little progress has been made there. I have also potted on my baby plum tomatoes (we get through 2-3 punnet a week, so they NEED to grow!). I need to do my aubergine & peppers at some point too.
Today I have poo picked in the garden and put on the DW. I have also set up a tuff tray for 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt' before work, which has been demolished! I will tidy up later - no point now! Paid stuff today. I have 3 under 5 today & tomorrow,1 on Friday. It is my last Thursday off this week. I will have all 7 children next week! (not all at the same time, thankfully!)
Ok - I have finished my cuppa - I need to read Stickman now (again!) After lunch we will go for a walk, maybe in the search of frog spawn....
Have a great day everyone10 -
decided to take advantage of the dry weather and the fact that NDN mowed our front lawns yesterday to do some gardening, so I have strimmed the tall grass by the step and some weeds off the path and done a couch grass removal. A bucketful of thick entwined roots has gone in the green bin. I've also dug over some of my veg bed.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Not read back so love and hugs and vibes sent as needed... xxxSorted cot/toddler bedding and washing some and listed to give away or sell.. FLINGWorking my way through Twinkles clothes.. She has too many and wears the same 3 things all the time so most of it can go.. I will bag up and give to anyone who wants to take it I think.. I usually give it to my sisters friend but she seems to be doing ok financially so I would rather help someone truly in need. I will work my way through the 4 sets of drawers and then go through the stuff left out. Squeaks new pj's arrived so she is ok for a week!
folded 1 load from dryer and got that upstairs.I am hoping to make headway on the landing today with the cupboards and maybe even find some floor but I'm having a wheeze break.. hayfever kicked in so that with the dust is determined to kill me today.

Afternoon all- just popped on to catch up and record my progress, small though it is.
I've just spent two and a half hours in my front garden starting to set up and fill some raised beds, ready for my new venture. I'm very tired now and may have a small snooze shortly before collecting boys from school. However, there are 6 beds now in situ and at least half of my 850 litres of compost has been used to do that, which suggests I'm going to need some more.
Basic flying done downstairs - cleaned toilet and sink in the wetroom, which badly needed doing, sorted a clump of socks and pants into piles for correct owners and saw the man sent to assess my van, ready for my new one. Momma dog fed lunch and was pleased to see she's getting her appetite back and Minty given his milk, so he is now snoozing in the lounge with the dogs.
Still need to check on the chicks and take new hay out to the goats.
No ducks at Dizzyland ASB, (although they are on my wish list) so can't send any hatching eggs - sorry! Have another set of Faverolles eggs to wrap and post, this time to Cornwall, so I guess my nap will have to wait lol

Hi all
I met Mum today for a walk which was lovely but a little bit stressful because Mum is 80 but thinks she is still 25 and she wanted to do a proper walk, and I was a bit worried that she wouldnt be able to manage it. Anyway we did it and I know she enjoyed it. Tomorrow I am meeting SIL to walk, which feels a bit odd as we havent really seen each other for a year! It probably sounds strange but getting back to mixing with people is going to take some getting used to.
Bit of washing done and hung out, swept kitchen floor, chicken casserole made in SC for tea, that's about it really! Early night tonight I think.

Evening all.
I have spent most of today looking after DH, who is not feeling well - more to do with an upset tummy than anything else, I think. He has spent most of the day in bed.
I did however manage to record one of the ten 5-minute videos that I need to finish by Saturday, if possible (though, if things go pear-shaped, the actual deadline for number 10 is Easter Day).
Rosie got her walk, as usual.
Mot much else to report.
Take care xxx

Get well vibes for Mr Ionafan
Started the day suspecting I was feeling the effects of yesterday's home circuit training - went for a run and was convinced of it! Mr N also a bit achey so neither of us looking forward to tomorrow's session.
One load of washing done.
Local tree man came and gave our Asian pear tree a major prune, much needed but rather a shock to look at now.
Did various bits of gardening.
Finished checking a report.
Did drumming practice.
Have just remembered that I'm behind with my online course (probably because I keep forgetting I'm doing it).
Collected from Mr T.
Joined my mum on a Zoom presentation from a cruise company, wishful thinking.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10
