Yorkie you don't need a tracker app if you use What'sApp. Before I go on a long run, I send Mr N a WhatsApp with 'live location' set up. You just open a message, click on the paper clip, click 'location' then 'share live location'. Make sure you set it for a long time as I think it defaults to an hour. Then if he wants to see how far I've got, he can just click on it and it will update to my current position.
Hope Mr Iona improves quickly, take the chance of getting some rest Ionafan.
We managed our 'home circuit training' today, not as bad as Monday's but pretty hard in places.
Vacuumed the lounge, dining room, hall and part of the stairs.
Did a bit of tidying.
Ditto gardening.
Set up new template for remote assessments.
Gathered and labelled paperwork for tomorrow's assessment.
Drum practice.
Caught up on a few emails.
Ditto my online course.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.12 -
I thought taking the appeal forms in would alleviate some of the stress.. it has not, it is in fact worse because now I have no control over any of it.. I am hoping most of those who did not get a place are accepting the places they did get.. they maybe got their second place and are happy with that. and not all 559 applicants who were not given a place appeal. If she gets a place we will be disappointed to not be home educating.. but if she doesn't we will stay on a waiting list but also have some nice quality time together.. Positives either way.
Love for the Iona's! xx I hope Mr I is improving now he has treatment.Squeak full of nose oozings and complaining of a sore throat.. I haven't checked her throat but I am very much hoping it isn't tonsilliness.. I don't fancy the drama of that.. she ended up in hospital with that twice she was so ill.Not had time for emails or post office or knitting or ebeasting.. but there is a chance for those tomorrow! I need a thing like the old turbolister.. I used to 5 items and upload them together and every 5 I would upload.. I once listed 1000 items the day before I went on holiday and had hundreds of parcels to post once I got back and a fair chunk in the bank! I want to do that again, it was great fun.. I listed everything at 99p and most of it went for a lot more.I'm fed up of today so I am taking my cuppa up to bed and catching up on some Zzzzzz'zzzLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)9 -
Hi all
full day at work today, wasn't expected but needs must.
boss tipped me off about September... I've yet to decide if it's worrying or not...it's unexpected to say the least.
Was so shattered that I fell asleep during Repair Shop, so rewound to watch, put bins out, rabbits back home then came to bed.
WAC now, of course.
need to put shredding out later.

Morning all,
I am keeping everything crossed you get the outcome you need Piggers xx
Iona - I hope he has had a settled night xx
Up early today. So far I've unloaded the DW, folded some laundry and made a cuppa. Also ordered some logs, they've dropped the price back down thankfully so I've 'treated' us. It's market day in our village today so will pop in there on my way to work. An easy dinner of frozen pizzas and garlic bread has been planned for tonight.
Have fab days all xx11 -
Hi everyone! Lovely, sunny day here, so back door flung wide open to let in the fresh air. Just as well as the poorly house lamb had an upset tummy in the night and that wasn't pleasant first thing...
Business is really picking back up now for the doggy daycare, which means we can eat something other than beans and rice. I accidentally overbooked this morning, but have had a cancellation from a lady who felt a bit unwell yesterday, so all good now.
Despite my kitchen being spotless on Monday after concerted flying, it once again looks like Steptoe's yard with stuff, like, everywhere!
ASB - you've reminded me I need to nag DH to clear some of the tree trunks earmarked for firewood and order heating oil. Credit card will cry...
Cuppa being gulped, then washing up x 5 will commence.
TTFN x

Morning all
Not a particularly restful night for me - not unexpected.
Spoke to DH at 7.00 and he is definitely more with it than he was yesterday. He is still on strong ABs but has managed a cuppa and a bit of a sandwich. Still awaiting results of blood tests.
I have FU clean washing that was draped round the bathroom - lots of desk work / filming /shopping to do today, if the phonecalls will allow. Have already ditched one grand plan in favour of a much simpler one!

Ionafan Sorry your DH is poorly. Hope he is on the mend soon x

B G rang to ask where my renewal paperwork was. I shrieked when lady told my the amount they wanted so she took 15% off 💰
Big multi agency meeting online at 1pm so need to crack on now. DH is due home at noon. He is on a 4.5 day week again 😐8 -

I have done nothing.. Squeak is off school with a high temp and her throat.. not stopped her playing on her Switch though.. but she is doing it quietly. Pointless sending her for them to just send her home again. Dot had to be dragged out of the car into school because why should she have to go when Squeak doesn't.. She was a bit sniffly on Friday and snotting all weekend but fine on Monday.Valli.. what is this maybe-worry for September? Are they after doing crazy things in schools again?I really need some energy and motivation.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)9
