It's not paying within 30 days , in full , that triggers the recording of the CCJ and trashes the credit file

So if you lost , pay up , in full  , ASAP

It’s different signs now to what google maps has. But if you look where the cars to the right are, that’s where the entrance sign and pay machine is so it’s easily blocked on a busy night in pizza express.

The parking signs look like this, it was December time dark and busy, if you can see on the picture you posted. And the last picture I posted, people pull up in front of the sign and ticket machine. I parked in the last bay outside pizza express. Coming in from the right of the sign. I didn’t see non of the signs coming in or out! But I read on some fb groups and other forums that the signs got removed at one point, as it was changed from council to private. I’m not sure when the signs where changed, as on google some images show them to be on the other side of the road opposite the shops, on the grass. So I don’t even know if they were there when I went there. Unfortunately I didn’t have chance to take pictures myself last year. So these I took are from last week. They should be high or on poles so people gathering around and cars can’t block them when parking.I was parked here where I’m stood in the last picture, you can see the can in front of the machine and sign on here to. I came in from the right on a dark night. 

Not sure I can fight them here, as there is signs. But easily blocked as I said, and easy to miss from the right coming in.

2. Verifying a defence without authority from the defendant client (contempt - as the declaration explicitly states)
3. Misleading the court insofar as the documents were filed in a representative capacity, but using a third party login (now gives rise to data protection issues).

Whoever it is should be shut down and prosecuted to the extent that any of the above may be criminal offences.

Not sure I can fight them here, as there is signs. But easily blocked as I said, and easy to miss from the right coming in. 

Of course you can fight it. You have given one very good reason to do so in your second sentence!

We could do with you posting a redacted picture of the claim form too

Plus post the location of the private car park or road location that CEL are infesting , too

Lastly , have you emailed a SAR to the DPO at CEL ?? Yes or no ?

Here’s al the letters I’ve had from CEL and court, there is a debt collection one to but will have to find it. Ones the response from the appeal which I regret after finding this site. And also when the company I paid gave them my updated address, which I asked them to do in case I got a court letter.
