I know was the SAR and DPO mean but I don’t know how I go about doing that?

Well that’s good to hear. Yes will do that shortly, can I just add a image as I’m sure it wouldn’t let me last time I tried. The street I parked was on Woodford road in beam hall, Stockport. Was outside pizza express which has now closed down. It’s a little side street that looks council owned. I know there was a dispute about who owned the land there. And the council took all there signage down and private later put theirs up. 

I know was the SAR and DPO mean but I don’t know how I go about doing that? 

I also noticed other people’s letters from CEL had pictures of the car coming and leaving mine didn’t. Don’t know if that matters but was playing on my mind. That I may have not stayed as long as they said. If you google that road and parking fines. You will see lots of people has been took back that it was private. People have also won POPLA appeals here but if left it too late unfortunately.

We get that youre busy, however that was a dangerous line. And, as pointed out, you could have done  abetter job for free, especially when theyve just nicked the template and passed it off as their own!

Yeah I get that. But I didn’t know of sites like this last year when I first paid for the help. What was a dangerous line sorry? Yeah I’m not sure they they say it’s there own. I don’t know nothing about them apart from what I read on trust pilot.

It was dangerous to let this 3rd party, of which you have zero control over, have access to your complete claim form
With that form they could have admitted the claim, meanin gyou would have had to pay. Or, as they did, just filed your defence without you ever having seen it! You lost control of your claim by sending it over verbatim. 
All the needed was a copy of it with the claim number taken out.

The email address is on the privacy page for CEL on their website , Google it , email a SAR request attaching a copy of the claim form to the email for data protection as your I D under the GDPR law , this will get you all documents and papers , your data

Simple job taking less than 10 minutes , cel will reply within 30 days , then study the bundle for issues , errors , falsehoods etc

Expect the CCBC to post you a DQ n180 form ,so maybe you would declare the court at Stockport ? Your nearest one ?

Yes I made a mistake and have learnt. Not everybody knows about all the different types of help out there. Like myself unfortunately I found this site to late. But at least it can help with my other ticket I received last year. I have never been in this situation. So we live and learn and life goes on. But it’s great to know there are sites like this with people offering great advice and support. So thank you to you all.

Yes that’s correct only it’s not my closest court I was out of area would be Macclesfield I think. 

Ok that’s great will send that off soon. And see what they have about me.
so the worst that can come from all this is around 170 pound payment at court and will they put a ccj on and I have to get it removed or do they not put it on unless I don’t pay in time?

The court allows you 30 days to pay the claimant , meaning the CCJ is then expunged and no credit issues , job done

It's not paying within 30 days , in full , that triggers the recording of the CCJ and trashes the credit file

So if you lost , pay up , in full  , ASAP

There is a service road parallel to Woodford Road. The signage is awful. Luckily the camera car went in and out of this road.

If you confirm this is the correct place, and give me the date of the alleged event, I'll knock up a set of GSV images for you to include in your WS.

I suspect the company you paid to produce a defence had the words, parking, and fines, and limited in the name.
