Ok, so instead, you presumably copied and pasted the other one that I just linked and worked with that as your base?shortysky said:
Well when I downloaded it it said no access. Then I tried copy and pasting it. Wouldn’t do that either.Coupon-mad said:Everyone else has said the one by @jrhys is easy to copy and adapt. so this is where im up to am i just chatting bubbles or is this the way its meant to be going. i am going to attach the PNC photos also once edited them. so you can get a idea of the conditions.
WITNESS STATEMENT OF DEFENDANT1. I am XX of XX and I am the Defendant against whom this claim is made. The facts are true to the best of my belief and my account has been prepared based upon my own knowledge.2. In my statement I shall refer to exhibits within the evidence supplied with this statement, referring to page and reference numbers where appropriate. My defence is repeated and I will say as follows:Sequence of events and signage:3. I pulled in to 34/38 Woodford road, Bramhall, Stockport, SK71PA on the 9/12/2019, i am unfamiliar with this road and have never been on it. It looks like a normal pull though road, where the double yellow lines continue round onto the "private road" giving it the feel this is a normal council pull though to park up in. Coming in from the left, i noticed no clear signage, Such as car parks and street parking where there are clear large signs on poles, made noticeable.4. On that day it was December, dark and crowded with people gathering and chatting up and down the streets. As my baby was franticly screaming as she needed breastfeeding, I was stressfully looking for somewhere to pull up. I was looking for any street i could see to tend to my baby. Coming up to Bramhall to my right i could see a petrol station, which i was going to use, till i got a glimpse of the pizza express to my left. I pulled in from the left and parked in the last space, which was directly outside pizza express. which is number 32! Which is not the number in question on the letter which states " Carpark land at 34-38" The street was busy there was people outside smoking and gathering and chatting away. Still noticing no signage once parked.5. I did not notice any obvious signage during my time on the street, nothing in pizza express, or on exiting from the parking area. As such I can only reasonably conclude that there were no such signs. Had there been any clear indications that I was parking in a private car park, I would have purchased a ticket, as i always do if i see parking signs.6. Once i received the PNC which was a while after so i couldn't take pictures of the signage etc on the day in question. So i first i checked google earth, here i noticed there was a sign on the entrance of the grass verge and signs on poles to the drivers side coming in. So then i got worried thinking how did i not see these. So i later went down to see what was going on. To my surprise i noticed they had removed the signage from the grass verge at the entrance, which would have been easy for everyone to to see! Instead putting a small sign on the wall, which on google images and my owned photo evidence, can be easily blocked by cars parked and people standing around. There is also a very small ticket machine just after the sign, which again can become blocked by cars, passers by and groups outside the shops. But most defiantly missed in darker conditions.Changes to signage and parking ownership7. Si8. I am confused about the initial letter i received stating i parked at 34/38 woodford road. When this was not the case i was parked outside pizza express. which was past the door entrance. So i was fully parked past 34/38 and was situated at number 32 woodford road. I did have a little look into who owns what land here.0 -

I’m attaching the PNC images and my original appeal which I completely balls up. 0 -
PCN , not PNC , PNC means Police National Computer , definitely not involved
Every one needs editing , several errors on that one thing alone
Ensure all exhibits are numbered and referred to like this
CS/01 , CS/02 etc , if your name was Charlotte Smith , for example1 -
Pcn pnc sure you know what I meant.. and I have no idea what the numbers mean right now. I’m more bothered about the wording.0

I know what you meant , hence my reply , a judge is going to read it so it should be accurate in wording and numbering , so at this early stage get the basics right and work from there. No point in asking for help and assistance if you fail to act on the replies , everything matters !!1

I act on replies but little picky things like PNC PCN do not matter right now. I’m looking for the type of wording I’m meant to be putting in this is a draft and will obviously sort all the neatening up out at the end. I’m also dyslexic so kind of makes me feel crap when you pin point silly words out. That’s why I’m on here asking for help.Redx said:I know what you meant , hence my reply , a judge is going to read it so it should be accurate in wording and numbering , so at this early stage get the basics right and work from there. If you are going to be defensive and hostile about reasonable replies that try to assist you in any way possible , even minor issues , then I'm out !!0

is not it’s not a minor issue it’s just being picky, I know it’s PCN and obviously types it wrong it’s not like this is my WS it will all be thoroughly checked before I send it of course. I just need to know what I’m actually meant to be writing about, as I have no idea I’m have no idea about parking and this kind of stuff. If I knew it was going to be so complicated I wouldn’t of ignored the letters like you all advised and just paid it. As know I’m into deep and haven’t a clue what I’m doing. But you all told be to ignore now I’m facing a ccj.0
-
Nobody on here has told you to ignore a PCN parking charge notice since the advice changed on here in march 2013, over 8 years ago , I know because I came here at this time 8 years ago to assist my son who had one from Excel in July 2013 which he successfully fought with my assistance , plus some other friends and family were also receiving them , all were not ignored , all were fought , and we won each and every one in one way or another
You are not facing a CCJ unless you lose and subsequently fail to pay what the judge says in a prompt manner , pay in full , quickly and it's over , if you lose in court
Debt collector letters are ignored , we do tell people that aspect , because debt collectors are powerless , parking companies are not debt collectors , they are contractors
You are now lashing out at everything and everyone which sadly means people will not reply for fear of your wrath , me being one of them
So stick to the facts and not be making wild fictional accusations at all and sundry , that is my parting advice to you1
