Are we talking about the same thing?shortysky said:Yes it is that it’s just been took out so I didn’t have to take my name out that’s after my name and what not.
I can see that you have started the first sentence of your Defence halfway through, but what about the first sentence of your Statement of Truth?2 -
The bit at the bottom about the truth?0

The facts are true to the best of my belief and my account has been prepared based upon my own knowledge and online resources. This is my statement of truth?

That’s pretty much the same as what you have said what I’ve stated it with in the first WS I sent before that one I took my name out of.0

Some of you on here in the last few comments have been really nasty and blunt. Thinking people know everything you do it’s quite narcissistic to be honest. Disabled people such as my self with young kids, trying to sort this out is stressful enough with out people being blunt and smart alics with their comments. It’s really upsetting to be honest and you can make people feel like crap. No need to be some hurtful and blunt with the comments. Over spelling mistakes and not understanding people’s comments. Just keep in mind some people aren’t as advantaged as some of you on here.0

I really don't know how I could've made my comment easier to understand but I'll try one more time.
I wrote "the first sentence of your Statement of Truth should read...".
Can I suggest that you look for those words - Statement of Truth - in your Witness Statement?
You have written it in bold as Statement of Truth immediately followed by those same words in capitals - i.e. as STATEMENT OF TRUTH.
It is your Witness Statement. You wrote it. You need to understand it.
When you have found those words, Statement of Truth, in your Witness Statement, then read that whole Statement of Truth immediately following the heading and understand it.
Look particularly at the first sentence of your Statement of Truth and compare it with the sentence that I suggested that you replace it with.2 -
This is what’s at the bottom of my statement? 0 -
