Has anyone got any thoughts on the best account to open for the £50 bonus?

Either a current account offering interest or Nationwide's Start to Save (1% where you can pay in up to £100 per month and any months you pay in £50+ you get entered in to a prize draw.)

    received today

We’re delighted you chose to move your ISA savings into a Member Exclusive Fixed Rate ISA – and can’t wait to say thank you with £50 cashback as a way of showing our appreciation.

Keep your account open to make sure you get your cashback

Just to remind you, the ISA Member Cashback Terms and Conditions state that you need an open Nationwide current account or suitable savings account for us to pay your £50 into.

This means you’ll need to keep yours open between now and the end of June to receive your money.

    Read the T&Cs

We’ll be in touch again soon to let you know when your payment has been made.

Thank you for saving with us.

    Your Nationwide Savings Team

Was that from an email or a letter? I still haven't receieved an email but got the letter yesterday (a week after applying) to say my account was approved and they'd contact my current ISA provider to initiate the transfer. No mention of the £50 even though I meet all the criteria.

My ISA is up and running and I didn't receive a single email about it so I'm not expecting one about the cashback either, but will keep an eye on my NW current account between now and the June cashback payment deadline.

What's the average turnaround time for those whose transfers (from electonicaly approved list) have completed?

    All within 15 day window?

I can't speak for others, but my transfer from a Sainsburys Cash ISA took 8 days including the Easter bank holiday weekend, so 4 working days in total.

I put an application in on the 25th March. I have phoned them twice and they have the application and are processing it. I have been told that it should be complete by end of next week, which will be over one month to transfer the ISA across. They said that they have a backlog to work through.

My application was submitted on the 10th April and as of todays date, I have heard nothing. This years allowance remains in my Nationwide Current Account and previous years ISA monies being transferred in, remain with the original provider.
