Lovely to see you Dizzy - and congratulations to your girl on her big litter. I love the idea of wrapping up eggs to post them!!!
Valli, did you print out a copy of your insurance certificate to keep in your wallet in case you ever had to exchange details with another driver?
I haven't done everything I had intended - yet (there's still 40 minutes before we need to eat) - but I have done a lot of things that I hadn't intended to do, which were all very useful and /or necessary, so I'm not dissatisfied. I even sorted out all the logins on the netbook by myself - go me!
Hope the afternoon went well for dancemum xx9

I have never carried details - licence or insurance actually. I'm still using a paper licence, too.ionafan said:Lovely to see you Dizzy - and congratulations to your girl on her big litter. I love the idea of wrapping up eggs to post them!!!

But, following Kaz's suggestion I checked my bank account and I'm with the AA. Which figures - given that's who my free breakdown cover is with.
What I usually do is flick all car related email into a specific folder in my email account. Failing that I usually download what I need to and stick it in a file - but, as you may recall, I had a little incident with my laptop last year.
and *blushes* I appear to have an online account....Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson Janice 1964-2016 Janice 1964-2016

no.. a dancer... I have the physique for it... OINK!
College meeting went .. interestingly.. they aren't kicking Moo out just yet.. so we have a reprieve.. One of them asked why her problems were not picked up earlier in her school career.. Well her first primary was 55% ESL children so my child had a huge head start so compared to them she was great.. funny that.. the second primary she was only there a year and they invested a lot of time helping her up to SATs level but she wasn't ther elong enoug to identify a need beyond the first primary had failed her.. but that wasn't their fault really. In high school she was mousey and quiet and never disruptive, never drew attention to herself.. so she was ignored and she said nothing to anyone and none of the staff noticed.. She has been introduced to the ALS and is expected to go every free period to get support in catching up. She has to attend Fridays because Friday is not a part of the weekend and if she is under less stress with late work and assignments stacking up she should be less stressed about attending 5 days instead of 4. The teachers didn't 'get' that having 4 tutors for the same course teaching linked but difference subjects was confusing.. I'm confused!
DW on.. Boog kicked into doing cat trays.. I am all peopled out and just need to sleep.. and hide..
I have pack ups to do, laundry to dangle and more to put in to wash.

Thank you for all your thoughts. No results yet. My voice didn’t go squeaky but I’m not sure how much I waffled. I was out in 25mins and no one photocopied my ID and certificates.I’m so tired. I collected DH from work and have made a chicken roast dinner.9

Well done Dancemum, sounds like you gave it your all, fingers crossed x
Pigpen glad you got somewhere with college, hope things get better from now on. And Dizzy lovely to have you back.
Round it's funny I have the same issues with shoes, I think they are getting smaller, I am sure its not my feet! Walking has become a bit of an obsession of mine in lockdown, I would have never gone walking on my own until last year now I do it regularly and it helps with my anxiety.
Really tired tonight, lots going on at the paid stuff, counting down to a week off. Roast dinner cooked, DW on, kitchen tidied. Utility floor is still filthy and there is a big pile of washing to put away. Not doing any more today.

            Fingers crossed Dancemum
 List is up
It appears I never actually activated my account for the car insurance; given this was at the beginning of lockdown (more or less) I probably planned to sort it later and never did. I will sort it this weekend then I have proof of NCD.

TD filter cleaned - it was overdue by the looks of it. DW emptied & kitchen cleaned up. Dog walked. I cooked my dinner, and DH did burgers. I have cleaned up the kitchen again before coming to bed. 2 portions of diet cola chicken in the freezer for me another night.
Well done DM. It's out of your hands now, so relax.
Night night all - nearly the weekend!10

            Morning all,
I have been up for hours, we had some sad news last night. Also DS is under the weather, I've done a test and it's negative, will send him in and see how he goes. WM is on, will hang out before I leave. DW has been unloaded, friend is going to walk dog and clean wood burner out for me 😇
I have had a shower, now to make a big pan of porridge for us all. Forecast looks really pleasant for tomorrow so garden and chicken stuff awaits xx11
