Hi guys.
I’ve just received this email from Gladstone solicitors and wanted to know if there was anything I needed to do:

Thank you in advance0 -
By the way I still haven’t had a reply to my SAR from Euro Parking Services even though it’s been almost 3 months0
-
After one month surely you reminded them, giving them a few more days to comply.mus2fa1 said:By the way I still haven’t had a reply to my SAR from Euro Parking Services even though it’s been almost 3 months
Now they have missed that deadline too your subsequent complaint to the ICO will have been logged but don't expect a quick response from them.2 -
KeithP,
I didn’t know I had to remind them, so I didn’t email again.I have been extremely busy with work the last couple of months and I did not even get round to complaining to the ICO.Can/should I still do that?0 -
Also, I forgot to mention that with the above email from Gladstones, they attached copies of all of the PCN’s, NTK’s, final reminders and Letters before court action. They also attached a “copy” of the sign at the parking site:

Is the first orange sign meant to be at the site? Because I do not remember seeing that there. The second blue sign was at the site but it wasn’t as clear as the one they sent me. I posted a pic of the sign from the site in my first few posts and it looked like this:

They were white blobs of chewing gum
or something covering half of the writing. I don’t know if that will help my case?0 -
I suggest you do what we advised in July.Coupon-mad said:Nope, no template. Just go online to the ICO website and report your concern.
