            Good morning!
Thanks for the lists ladies 😊
Dentist again today - 2 extractions! 😱😱😱 I asked how long it would take. He said it depends - could be 5 minutes, could be an hour!! They are both just the roots - I don't even know how that is possible, with nothing to grab hold of!! Wish me luck!!
Kitchen has been cleaned up. 2nd load of washing drying, bedding in WM. I think I will make some soup (I will be glad of that later!), and walk the dog. Appointment is at 2:30 again 🤦♀️ the receptionist didn't get it! 🤣 I don't plan on doing anything when I get back, other than feel sorry for myself and milk it 😭😂
Good luck to those at school today - staff & kids!
Hugs to those that need it. Well done on those that made sure they had some me time at the weekend. Be kind to yourselves!
Have a good day everyone 😁12

            Morning everyone
Thankyou @pigpen and @Valli. Things are definitely still getting to me that never use to bother me. I'm so fed up. 😩 doesn't help that oh can't help much so I'm basically doing everything and then he gets upset that I don't rest or sit down. It's not his fault at all. Hopefully we will get results from gp re ct scan for him.
Took dd and ds2 to school this morning.
 Cancelled dentist appointment
Messaged manager re paperwork I still need to do from yesterday's shift.
 S/s kitchen
Hoovered lounge and some of dining room but then gave up... that carpet needs to come out of the dining room it's driving me crazy 🤪 😑
Will order a dw. Possible a leaf blower, old house lots of dust especially on the floor and in the cracks under the skirting boards which I struggle to get a brush and hoover too ...easier to blow it all towards the back door and then Sweep it up .. 🤔 also I can use it too blow all the leaves into a pile in the garden
Washing taken off airer... must get td fixed when I'm next paid !
I've realised ... Well it's not a new thing .. I hate clutter... but I've also realised as much as I am trying to keep on top of everything this house needs a deep clean... so I'm going to see if I can get a cleaner to come and do that... I've got to the point I don't care how much it costs 😔 and will ask them about a regular clean maybe once a week ? What would a cleaner do on a weekly clean ?
And then I suppose from there I can start a fresh and build a good routine that works for me my family and my health.
And delegate chores... to each family member even the youngest can help .. she's 4 in a few days !
At least they put there plates in the sink.... most of the time ...
 Right off I go again...
I think I'm going to book a week off in the next few months to really get everything sorted and on top of ...

Morning all - oops, it's afternoon already!
I have started the week doing lots of bitty jobs:
 - phoned the surgery for a prescription for some more of the decent painkillers that allow me more than 4 hours' sleep at a time
 - phoned the plumber to remind him about he boiler service (he's coming later this week)
 - made a couple of work phonecalls
 - found the sweet pea seeds, the saved toilet roll inners to start them in, and the seed compost - need to put the seeds to soak later
 - mowed and edged the lawn - yuck, it is full of weeds and moss, but at least the green stuff isn't encroaching on the flowerbeds now
 - measured the lawn with a view to getting a quote from a lawn care company
 - found another pot of hyacinths behind the mower, that I had planted last autumn; they are very yellow atm but a bit of water and light will see them OK in a couple of days
 - have done WMx1 of 3 and hung most of it outside: weak sunshine but not much wind today, but it is cheaper than the TD. WMx2 is swirling.
 - wiped round the kitchen: will do the floor after lunch
 - downloaded and printed bank statements and the agenda for a meeting on Wednesday
I need to get one with more office stuff before lunch, as the sun is already round on to the study window, but haven't really got my work head on today.
Special (((hugs))) to dancemum and mumof3 xx
More (((hugs))) spoons and sticks as needed. If you've got a child-free day, enjoy it! xx

I was so busy decluttering and sorting photographs I completely forgot to do the Foodbank work yesterday! Leapt out of bed first thing and raced to the computer, three and a half hours later the report went off to them in plenty of time for this afternoon's session, but still, it's not okay is it? Felt rather embarrassed about that.Vacuumed the bottom two layers of the house shifting furniture around to do so, did the stairs top to bottom, shower room s&s'd, and a load a laundry which Belovéd pegged out while I was at the chiropractor. He vacuum he top level as well. Chiropractor's happy with my progress so I'll pop back to see him in three weeks and then hopefully just carry on with the exercises until the situation has resolved completely. 15 years of back pain diagnosed, treated and pretty much sorted in three appointments. Most excellent. Well worth the £££.55 bits of paper and 29 more photographs *flung*.Better is good enough.12

If you know when and where the pothole damage occurred you can claim compensation from your council.Natty68 said:My car failed her MOT 😞 She's in the garage now being repaired, major pothole damage..hefty bill at the end of it 😑 At least I get her back tomorrow all good.Thank gods I've actually been saving for a change..Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson Janice 1964-2016 Janice 1964-2016

            Evening all,
Natty I'm sorry to hear that, I hope the bill isn't as hefty as you feared.Good intentions - hope your mouth isn't too sore xx
Mumof3 - I would gladly come and help if you live in Yorkshire xx
YL I've been meaning to ask does your DS go to Middleham with work much? I know it's a real horse racing place. I have family there, so Pre COVID went a lot, I love it there xxWork done, after work Teams meeting with small people at home done (somehow), easy pasta dinner made, HM compote made, email argument with Sky won 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and compensation for terrible service winging its way to me, bin put out and hens fussed.
The weather looks fine for tomorrow so I have a laundry load lined up. A friend is dropping newspapers and wine corks off for me (the latter are marvellous firelighters) tomorrow whilst I'm at work, I'm leaving her some books in exchange which I have finished and she will love. I'm going back to the Victorian era now with my fabulous latest book, sleep well all xx13
