As it stands you have no grounds to reject it.

£77k is bloody strong money for a Slovak-built LR...
    £10k of options on the top-spec Disco, £5k on the top-spec D110 (excluding the "X" version), or a D90 X.
Why is the fact it's built in Slovakia relevant?
Only insofar as it's not a factory Land Rover have used before (as far as I'm aware).  Every Land Rover/Range Rover I've bought has been built in the UK.  I'm sure it'll all be fine, and I've purposely held-out ordering for a year to allow any glitches to be ironed-out, but there's no harm in checking one's facts.
The first discos all had their bulkheads drilled for air con. The non air con vehicles developed leaks. Solihull's solution was to put an extra person on the track to fill the hole with bathroom silicone and your worried about buying a vehicle built abroad.
    *you're

I'm apprehensive about buying from a brand I have come to trust who are now using a different factory.  I don't care if the factory is in Slovakia or Solihull, I'm just aware something is different this time around - and that's on top of the pandemic.

I know nothing of this factory - it might be the best in the world with 20 years behind it or it might have only been working for 12 months and be a mess.  I'm inclined to assume LR have done their homework and it'll all be fine.

But it's not something you need to worry about - it's my money.  Unless you can offer some advice on grounds for rejecting a car, I don't see why you're getting your knickers in a twist.
    Hahaha,
They aren't any good when they're built here so you might be better off

I don’t even own it yet, so you’ve got that right at least.

But you don't trust the brand and you don't assume it'll all be fine.  You said so here:

In the next few weeks I'll be taking delivery of a new Land Rover - a brand not known for its reliability even when there isn't a pandemic.
I'm getting a little nervous that it's going to be a lemon and wanted to be prepared.

I'm aware that this model is being built during a pandemic and at a new/different factory in Ukraine rather than the UK and that there are issues with the supply of parts,
