    if you own the space from the house to the visible curd I'd be laying a path all the way round to the driveway. 
    I’d be happy with that... I’m going to speak with the developers again as if they don’t do it I’m not allowed to change it for 10 years as it’s in the contract.
    Forget what that says, just do it, chances of them finding out are next to nothing, I'd like to see it stand up in court that you laid a path so as not to walk on the road. i suspect you'll find it'll be laid to tarmac or paving if your drive is round the corner.
