Just a quick note, I have been concerned about the interest on CC2 and after joining the MSE credit club I was pre approved for a 27 month 0% deal with low fee so I have done a balance transfer deal. This will have a double impact; first and foremost, the interest saved and then a lower % of credit utilisation in the long run. This will be CC7 which I will set up on my signature once it's sorted and set up.
As you can see, I still can't sleep. I have been awake since 4am after going to bed at only 1am. Not entirely convinced that this little sleep is healthy and I feel that once we are moved I will sleep for an entire week!

Morning, another day of packing looms, although I am off on Thursday to do final bits and a deep clean before we do out for something to eat. I am not messing up an oven I have just cleaned
New BT card is all sorted and payments made, so just CC1 has interest now and that overall balance is still coming down. Once we have the new finances sorted for the new house I am sure CC1 will be cleared and I can concentrate on the others, probably in numerical order haha!

Well ladies and gents, we are now in our new home. We were up at 5am, packing more stuff (it’s bloody never-ending…) and now we are enjoying a relax on the sofa with takeout and a bottle of champagne. Trying to ignore all the boxes requiring our attention.I’m so relieved, I keep wanting to pinch myself!On the debt front, I had my last credit card this morning and paid that as my PAD early this morning.Next few days will be hard and busy but I’m hoping that there will be some downtime before Sunday evening so we can enjoy the football match.Have a lovely weekend everyone

Well, it's been a funny weekend to say the least. I am shattered, I can hardly feel my legs from all the grafting but we are in, we are (mainly) sorted and I finally have my internet connected. We have a few rooms still to sort, but bedrooms are in order, lounge and kitchen so we can live quite normally for now. Just in time for super sporting Sunday
I've made another PAD this morning taking CC1 under £950. Once finances are sorted and I know what's coming out and when I will probably make some bigger PADs. I have another day off work, which is well timed given the match this evening so I've still plenty of time to fettle around in the house. Big chore is all the address updates... that takes AGES!
