  • Be careful with your weight loss. Is needs to be a healthy rate of loss not an all or nothing approach!!
I definitely will be RS, I promise. I have an awful lot to lose so it's not going to be a sprint! More like a snail pace to be honest.  I've been in touch with the doctors to get advice and I'm following a very low fat plan. (no more crumpets for me)

Today's weather is cheering me and I hope it continues, I'm working from the kitchen for a few hours this morning and I can see the birds on the feeder and in the trees. :)

My PAD today was £1082.19 because it's DD day. It did include £6 payment to CC though and I am still on track to clear on pay day, the final projected payment is currently £177.  The CC statement should be generated on Wednesday so there will be another £500 payment sent then too.

Things are very quiet on Vinted and Prolific at the moment. I have some more things to list on Vinted which I will probably do on Friday due to us having a short week this week. Hubby has suggested we tidy up the garden on BH Monday which will be nice, we need to drain and re-fill the hot tub, clean the paths, decking and furniture oh and the BBQ.

Today will be another NSD for me, I find it's always beneficial to front load the month! :)

Almost there LMD! Also, best of luck with your weight loss journey! My two pence if you like.... Water weight retention almost put me off, it's funny how I will be 4lbs heavier for 3 days after a Chinese and then it just drops off! Wish I had known about this sooner.

Apps I use; Libra (weight tracking), Lose It (Counting)

Thanks. At the moment I am just using a new tab on my spreadsheet to track what I’m eating etc. I defo won’t be having Chinese as my intake needs to be under 4% fat content. 😣

  • Good morning all

Another lovely day ahead of us it seems in South Yorks, although it's forecast to rain tomorrow afternoon so I will make the most of it whilst it's nice. It's going to be another NSD for me, nowhere I need to be and nothing I need to buy. I'm hoping to get some more in before Friday when I have plans for a family birthday.

My PAD was £6 to CC7, nothing else available on Prolific just yet but I will check again later as there's about £15 pending. No more sales on Vinted, I'm thinking about cross listing some of the designer bags on Facebook groups to see if there's any interest there. I may look into that at the weekend.

Not much else to report really, just plodding on and counting down the days!

Ooh designer bags...they sound interesting....lol.  I am on a couple of good FB groups for bags. Not bought any for ages, but love a nice Kipling.

These are the ones with the horse and carriage logo. I don’t have any Kipling, but my sister is a fan. Think she likes the monkeys.

  • Goooood morning, I hope you’re all ok? I woke naturally again today - maybe this will be my permanent mood once retired? 😂

Aaanyway, no extra funds available today and no CC7 statement yet so my PAD was just £6 to the credit card. This takes me into the 7’s which is nice, as I can colour another square on my chart.

Today will be my 5th NSD for April, hubby is out this evening and I will be doing housework and walking the dog.

Hoping to catch some more surveys today, I still have £10 pending on Prolific.

Healthy eating is still going well, looking forward to the next weigh in.
