At least with prolific you know straight away! Although neither is paying much at moment for me, sadly can't have them up all the time at work.BUT. Free money is extra we can pay down our debts, so I’ll be grateful for anything I can get

Morning everyone. I had a late night last night due to a late swim session and I am feeling it this morning, I'm very tired indeed.
Today will be a NSD for me and I have sent £10 over to CC7 as my PAD. I will try to send a larger PAD on the days where I don't spend, and I think this will work well as I won't have funds slushing about in the main account making me think I can splurge on something. The money I didn't spend on Black Friday has been put into the holiday spends pot to cover our weekend to Glasgow in December and the holiday in Jan.
Not much else to report from me, I have a busy week ahead from taking time off... but that's always the case so I shouldn't really be surprised. No plans for the weekend except gym sessions and a family meal. Hubby is away so I will probably have a nice pamper session and glass of wine.
Hope everyone has a good day!

A little update from me, I have managed to hit 50 points on my Y-Live account today which means mid December I should receive payment of £50! This is usually only once a year as the surveys aren't that frequent but I am always happy with a payout... this will be going to CC7 once received and will make sure I cover my minimum payment for this month as I have already made my big contribution on pay day and was again planning on relying on PADs to make up the minimum amount needed before 25th. It worked well last month so I will continue to use this method I think.
Just wanted to share the good news with like-minded MSE-ers

Good morning (just!) all. Another busy day on the cards for me today so will not have much time for surveys and there's nothing to cash out from any completed surveys at the moment.
Today is a NSD so I have sent £5 to CC7 this morning and I found a £1 coin whilst cleaning the bedroom so I've popped that into my physical pot.
Things are a bit boring at the moment in terms of finances but I would rather have it that way than unexpected bills!
I suppose kind of related is that I have had to find a new dentist and there are no new NHS patients being taken on around us so I have had to make a private appointment with a BUPA dentist. I have a medical cashback plan through work so I can claim the costs back but I really feel for others who can't get a dental appointment on the NHS!
That's all from me at the moment. have a great day everyone!

Welcome to December everyone! It's all Christmas on the radio now and quite a few people on our road have their lights up. We are away next weekend so I think we will be putting it up on the Sunday evening when we get home.
Today is Direct debit day and £1000+ has left the account this morning to various places. I did get £6 out of Prolific this morning and that has been sent to CC7 with a £2 top up. Today will be a NSD for me, starting December as I mean to go onMy target for this month is 15 which may be a struggle with the festive get togethers so I will try and front-load the month if I can.
That's pretty much it from me. I'm off to put socks on before I relent and dial up the thermostat!

Happy December. I am just listening to Christmas songs on radio as well. Its great at the moment, but nor sure how long before I get fed up with them...lol. Our Mortgage and various DD's came out today, hadn't thought of declaring them as PAD's until I saw you & a couple of others had done that. Good idea, makes things look better....lol.
Hope your socks warmed you up and you didn't need to put the heat up. Our heat came on at 6.10am and I left it on until I was dressed....about 9am. Now its off and I have a thermal top, shirt, jumper and body warmer and leg warmers over 2 pairs of leggings! Nobody else in the house, so don't care what I look like. Mr S delivering later though, so I might take the leg warmers off before then.....lol.Making the debt go down and savings go up
