Morning everyone, sorry I missed yesterday but I was travelling and then was so knackered from my shopping I just vegged out on the sofa last night. I did remember to post my PAD though.
Today's PAD is £5 to CC7 and £1.04 to EE which I have cashed out from WeAre8. Today will be a NSD for me as I am spending the day wrapping and finishing my Christmas cards. I will NOT be going into December with anything but the xmas decs to do... it's the same plan I follow every year now and it makes a whole lot of difference to the stress levels and how much I get to enjoy the festive period!
Not back at work until Tuesday so another day off tomorrow and I will probably spend it with hubby as he is off. No fixed plans yet though, it will depend on the weather.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend

We enjoy Christmas a lot more since we have started being more organised about it.
We used to do the typical running round at the last minute and it does spoil it and make it stressful.
After today we literally have a present to buy which is an easy one. Will get it this week and then we are done.
We are doing the delivering the weekend after next and then we can sit back and relax.
That card balance is dropping quickly now. Well done1 -

Well I don't find Christmas stressful anymore as I find the commercial side of it, all a waste of money. As Martin said on his show the other year, people buy you something, so you feel you have to by them something back....why?? So these days, we only send 2 Christmas cards, to parents. We re- use old ones to each other and just write a new message. What's the point of sending to everybody, they only end up in the bin. My friends and family don't need a card or a present to know how much I care about them. Presents are only bought for kids, so that's 4 GSs and 1 niece. Got rid of all of the old tacky decorations and just put a few nicer bits up now and hardly buy any extra food. just make sure we have something nice for dinner & a few snacks for while we watch TV over the festive season. We all have our own way of celebrating it though, that's just my take on it.

Afternoon everyone. As I am ff today I treated myself to a lovely lie-in
It was so nice and I feel very refreshed.
Everything is now ready for Christmas except a few straggling parcels which are in the post but I can get those wrapped as soon as they arrive so it's not really that much of a bind.
PAD today was £31.71 to various places, including £5 to CC7 and £6.30 to the sealed pot. I won't be able to always pay extra as my PAD but whilst I can, I will. There's not much movement in Prolific approvals but hopefully some will come payable this week. I will also try and get some c-cats done today too, I have a few £'s in there but I haven't cashed out yet.
Cleaning and tidying this afternoon and then off for a swim later on this evening. Not a no spends day for me though today

Cashed out some from Prolific and c-cat to send £11 to CC7. This takes my projected final payment in June 2023 to £400... if luck is on my side, and I can continue with the surveys it's looking more likely that I can get the final payment in May - but I am not holding my breath haha

Ooh well done. May is not that far off. Good luck. Don't know about you, but I'm finding CCs really bad the last few days. Getting screened out of just about everything.Making the debt go down and savings go up

May is only 6 months away LMD. Even if you still go into June it’s getting very close for you now.

Whoop whoop you are doing so well. CC frustrates me, I spend ages doing a survey for it to screen out - one even said well done it's completed and then screened out. At least with prolific you know straight away! Although neither is paying much at moment for me, sadly can't have them up all the time at work.Debt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)
