Have you installed the Alexa app on your phone and allowed it to sync with your phone contacts?
(Have you had a good read through the instructions?)

    Yess....cymruchris

but i seriously & religiously do not wish to pay any charges as i am struggling anyway.....i hope many people will understand...most important is paying my children's (they are abroad) school fees and their uniform costs and their illness costs. I have many many illnesses and i just cannot mention all them but if anyone wants to know i will mention it.....its hardly confidential.
    Hi.
Can I put it this way.
What would happen to your family back home, if something happened to you?
Such as a bad fall and you could not get in touch with anyone to come and rescue you?

End of the day, you have to look after yourself, to be able to look after anyone else.

Alongside this you need a keysafe. So if anything happens emergency services can get in without having to kick a door in.

I bought a phone via amazon for my mother as she kept falling. It was supposed to call me if she pressed the fab. The one time she needed it, she was out of range. Was sat ALL NIGHT till neighbour heard her cries for help...
We then got a proper set up from the local council. Worked a treat when she once again fell in the same place.
Ambulance & police arrived before me, they got into house via key safe as they got the number via the monitoring team.
@ born again : I do understand wht you mean about what will happen to family back home if something happened to me. I understand all those facts. Me myself  i am worried about myself and the fact that there are 5 super glue patches on my glasses says it all reallt, that they come 1st. I amy be wrong and of course no one of us falls intentionally but i just need monthly £13-15 to keep myself safe and this much money if further deducted from what i can send them. Like a week ago, my dad was in pain and had D & V for 4 days and admitted in the hospital for 4 days with 5 drips given to him. Now you tell me, where do i get spare me from to pay the hospital, drips, medicines etc.....so not not paying so much to some other companies to keep me safe is unaffordable. I fall, i can amend my glass or heal, they cant.....that why a cheaper option would be the best to be honest....
