Well well well, it's been 13 months and I've finally received my N180 form. I've checked the required thread, so know the answers that I need to give. Just one thing though, how do I know the address of the claimant to send a copy back to, as there isn't an address specified? Big Tez has been using dcbl, but I'm sure on prior correspondence I'll have his address.0

You email it to DCBLegal & the CCBC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Indeed. That's DCBLegal (and the CCBC unless this is a post CCJ set aside or a counterclaim case where the N180 has to go to the local court, but the covering letter clearly tells you where).
The other party is using a solicitor and the Claim form tells you the (postal) address for all papers. And that isn't the PPC's postal address.
However, use email instead.
Parties in legal proceedings (or any legal matter) use solicitors for a reason. To handle the paperwork.
Writing directly to the other party would be like expecting that it's OK to write direct to your sellers if you are in the process of buying a flat, rather than their solicitor. You wouldn't do that, you can't bypass the legal firm middleman where a party is using a solicitor.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do they respond to confirm that they have received and accepted it or is that too much to ask?Your MCOL history will show you when the CCBC received it. In relation to DCB Legal - why bother about them? They are not John Lewis, and there are few niceties in the private parking game. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@Coupon-mad @Umkomaas - quick one on this. Should I fill out the form that they sent and then photograph (or preferably photocopy) the form, or use the stock form that is available online, which I can fill out with the case ID? Cheers. Going to send tonight/tomorrow as the deadline is for 12th October.
NB. I'd be shocked if I received anything back from dcbl, they've never responded to anything previously.0 -
Should I fill out the form that they sentWhat 'form'? Who are 'they'? You need to be a bit more specific, as if we guess at what you're meaning, and get it wrong, you're picking up the tab! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
