...and everything else looks fine? The defence seems strong enough?0

Trying to get back into the MCOL and can't... When I put the claim no and password in it doesn't recognise it; says that it's incorrect. Is this normal?0

Following on from the above, the only thing I need to do is email my defence to the court via the address specified in the instructions. There is no need to go back into the MCOL account and put forward a defence on the portal? Thanks.0

Correct , just email your defence PDF to the ccbcaq email address as an attachment , check Inbox and spam folder for the email reply auto receipt from the CCBC , ideally do it tomorrow during the day , when they are open
Only the AOS is done using the online portal2 -

Not open tonight , do it after 0900 tomorrow !! , Check email for automatic receipt acknowledgement
KeithP has already confirmed the deadline at least twice !!2 -
I have now sent, so I should just await the directions questionnaire to be sent from the CCBC? I do not need to fill out the actual paperwork and send back, just via email? In which case, I am done for the time-being. Thanks for the help, fingers crossed that all works out OK.0

Did you receive an automated email reply acknowledging receipt of your email?
If not, as you cannot sign in to MCOL, you would be wise to phone the CCBC to get them to confirm receipt of your Defence.
