    Done, let's see what happens.
    Any correspondence yet?
I received absolutely nothing until today - a county court claim form for £320, comprising of £235 fine, £35 court fees and £50 costs (Terry/DCBL). I suppose I shall just respond with the same defence as I sent to DCBL before (that they clearly didn't take any time to read).

Please provide the Date of Issue shown on the N1 claim form, then @KeithP will give you a number of key action points and deadlines.
Good Morning, the date was 29th July 2021.

What is the issue date on the claim form?  If you post that, then @KeithP will be along to give you some advice on deadlines and where to find the standard template defence.
As above, it is 29th July 2021. So just sent a couple of days ago.

So hold on for Keith's advice. Don't go winging anything off just yet.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Oh no, don't worry, I was going to check through, process the content etc. Shall definitely hold on, no rush.

How is the £235 made up and it's not a "fine".
