there is one case , the setaside one , DCBL paperwork saying CCPC LTD and terry towel stating that LTD applied to dvla for data , this is the one where the paperwork was intentionally sent to wrong address

not surprising that they did not know of the "fine" , the company that issued it was not formed untill aug 2020 

if this person gets the BPA , DVLA and SRA involved , smitt and DCBL will get a hammering

why not start asking a few questions at the BPA and DVLA , someone may just act 

however your job this morning is to contact DCBL and thank them for the offer of alternalte dispute resilution 

Got it, I'm on it. It'll be done this evening (this annoying 9-5 job thing is getting in the way from properly concentrating on getting this right until then) and then we'll see where things land.

it escalated when dcbl started going for default claims , using old addresses , wrong company name and exagerated claims 

this on its own should see them sanctioned , but as both DCBL and tery towel are paying members , nothing will happen
default case here , look at company who are bringing charges for an old T/A case 

this is dispicable an close to fraud , they have signed a statement saying that LTD applied to DVLA for data

But where have you escalated this to, simply no point in talking to those already involved

Umkomaas suggested on one of the many threads Robert Jenrick, Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government.  He is the one in charge of the new code of practice
Of course he is also the one involved in cash for favours last year and I don't think he would risk his reputation again over a tin pot parking company and a Vicious legal.   The BPA can be replaced as they serve no purpose for the motorist

An independent investigation needs to be made about this
