I tried before I didn’t tell them truth but I said can you block they said no way to do that, I had a separate complaiment totally unrelated and even she said no

I’ve decided then it’s police then letter before action then that’s it unless he contact again through fake account back to police

The police aren't there to wipe your backside. You need to do what you can to protect yourself before you start claiming harassment. You have to help yourself. Get him blocked and cease all contact.

he even said you will get your money
