Are you saying the first tickets arrived 20th May or were DATED 20th May?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone, just to update on this case. After a complaint to IPC, via CM, Bank Park agreed that we could enter a late appeal. I sent them an appeal and they responded very quickly to dismiss everything I said however they did say they would settle with payment for one PCN. After some deliberation (because I really didn't want them to "win") I decided to take their offer to drop all the hassle. I ended up paying £60 to them which was frustrating but in the grand scheme of things the best thing to do.  £930 claim down to £60.
The other 2 girls with claims are aware and advised them to put in their own appeal.

Thanks for the advise in this thread. I'll be sure not to park there again!

Glad you got a result you can live with. Whilst not ideal, sometimes pragmatism has to win out. :)
