Hi everyone, just to update on this case. After a complaint to IPC, via CM, Bank Park agreed that we could enter a late appeal. I sent them an appeal and they responded very quickly to dismiss everything I said however they did say they would settle with payment for one PCN. After some deliberation (because I really didn't want them to "win") I decided to take their offer to drop all the hassle. I ended up paying £60 to them which was frustrating but in the grand scheme of things the best thing to do. £930 claim down to £60.
The other 2 girls with claims are aware and advised them to put in their own appeal.
Thanks for the advise in this thread. I'll be sure not to park there again!4 -
Glad you got a result you can live with. Whilst not ideal, sometimes pragmatism has to win out.Jenni x2
